amazing trip - Caroline is an amazing person,the trip was really good and all was perfect, caroline is very helpful and funny, fluent in english,she knows all the details and explains everything, also she gives advises what to do in china and how to have fun, Caroline is friendly and soft, highly recommended

Queena is the best tour guide ever - Queena was the best. We had an amazing time with her. She was knowledgeable, energetic, flexible and extremely friendly. She made me and my wide wife feel very comfortable from the beginning. Information given on each stop was easy to understand and detailed. Tour pace was also great. Lunch was absolutely delicious, great choice.. All and all was a great experience and I highly recommend the tour and of course Queena

A great day out - We had a wonderful day with Caroline visiting Suzhou. Every effort was made to make us comfortable, and Caroline was very informative and lovely. Suzhou itself was very picturesque and quite different from Shanghai, so made for a pleasant day trip.

Suzhou trip (vacation in Suzhou). - Our tour guide is Berlin Hong. Berlin is a very efficient, nice, patient and very experienced tour guide. The food included in our tour package is extremely good, nice and very delicious. We really enjoyed our tour by Berlin very much. We even requested Berlin to be our tour guide again for another attraction in Shanghai. We want to recommend our relatives, friends and colleagues to ask her to be their tour guide.

Outstanding 🙌🏾 - We had an incredible experience with Alana our tour guide on the bullet train from Shanghai to Suzhou. She started the administration process long before meeting her, thanks. From the start, Alana’s warmth and professionalism stood out. Later we were joined by Tracy, her deep knowledge of Suzhou’s rich history and cultural significance made every stop more meaningful. She shared fascinating stories and insights that brought the city to life.
Exploring the historic gardens, canals, and local markets was unforgettable. The recommendations for authentic Suzhou cuisine were spot on. Her ability to blend historical context with the vibrant local culture made this journey both educational and enjoyable. The seamless coordination of the bullet train and the entire day’s itinerary was impressive.
We highly recommend both Alana and Tracy to anyone looking for an informative and delightful cultural tour.

Our first trip to Suzhou - definitely recommended - We had Kimi for our guide and he had so much interesting information to share with us. We opted for the lunch and all-in option and there were no regrets. The lunch was one of the best we had on the trip. Everything was seamless and we will definitely recommend this for first timers to Suzhou!

Stress free educational Suzhou tour - The day trip from Shanghai to Suzhou by bullet train was well organized by Alana our tour coordinator and Kimi who guided us on the trip. They made everything stress free and enjoyable.
With over 20 years of experience in the business and very knowledgeable in Chinese history, Kimi taught us a great deal about the places we visited. Behind every picture we now have a story attached to them! Lunch was also very tasty with authentic Suzhou cuisine in a restaurant that used to be a family house from 200-300 years ago! Overall, it was a memorable experience and we learned a lot about Suzhou!

Well taken care of by our... - Well taken care of by our guide Berlin as she navigated us through the chaos of our 1st China Fast speed train experience. Very knowledgeable of the chinese & Suzhou history. Highly recommended.
