Very best tour that has taste why Zanzibar is known as paradise of Africa - We started to Fumba Island, sailed with Cruise Dhow boat with engine machine, enjoying snorkel and swimming, visit natural swimming pool(lagoon), then we had our delicious sea food BBQ and drinks. Epic Day, enjoyed Safari Blue Adventure - It was really Safari Blue full day sea adventure, we sailed with engine Dhow Big Boat, than were having fantastic snorkeling at coral protected area and seeing alot of different species of fish, were able to stay at Sand Bank tasted different Zanzibar seasonal fruits, than were swimming at natural swimming pool known as Lagoon. Not only that we finally visited beautiful island and had our delicious sea food BBQ. it was stunning day, very memorable day, thanks Bin Malik as our Guide. I do also recommend this fantastic tour. Best deal, Great crew! - We booked a boat tour with Malik, took us to a disappearing beach and set up a tent and cut us fresh fruit, took us snorkeling, took us to a lagoon and then took us to an island for some seafood barbecue. After all that him and his whole crew sang to us on the boat. It was a beautiful day, especially being away from the snow at home. They are very nice and helpful welcoming people and very reasonably priced! I’d highly recommend them and will request their services upon ever returning!

Great private blue safari day tour! - I did a day tour with four of my friends today and it was exactly what we wanted! Everything ran so smoothly and Said was so welcoming and accommodating. You could tell their top priority was making sure we had an amazing time. We wanted a private group with just us and they allowed us to do it so we could do everything at our own pace. The seafood lunch was amazing and we could leave each location at our leisure. Thank you so much for a fantastic day! We will always remember this!

Fantastic memorable trip - Travelling by dhowboat to the beautiful sights of Zanzibar is an experience in itself. The crew couldn’t have done more for us and provided amazing lunch, drinks and fruits. It was quite busy on the sandbanks but I know this is something they cannot control. Thank you so much!

Zanzibar getaway - Mr Malik was my exclusive guide and tour arranger for the entire duration of my trip to Zanzibar. From first contact through to picking me up in Dar Es Salaam, Mr Malik had clear communication and fair pricing. A detailed itinerary was sent to me before I confirmed any of my tours, outlining what was on offer and expected duration of activities. This information was well presented and meant that I had all I needed to know to have fun! The tours I went on where well thought out, with excellent guides and amazing information. Walking around stone town and learning about the history was perhaps one of my most favourite parts of the walking tour – not to forget exchanging greetings with local fish mongers and merchants throughout the crowded and chaotic markets. Prison island was stunning, don’t forget to rub the tortoises back! I was also privileged to have a lunch at the prestigious rock restaurant, all arranged and secured by a hard working Mr Malik. To top it off I was surprised with an additional dhow cruise and snorkel in the surrounding area, something Mr Malik was able to easily organise when I happened to express my desire to go play on a boat for an afternoon. After it was all said and done, I would head back to my beautiful hotel hand picked just for me. Again Mr Malik pulled out all the stops to ensure my travel experience was one to remember. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Malik and Zafrica tours, they gave me a trip of a life time and a worry free experience – all at a price that was super affordable with a flair for professionalism and hospitality.

Amaizing Safari Blue fantastic sea adventure - How can I efficiently and clearly explain that gorgeous tour?, Safari Blue is simply wonderful experience for those who are extremely addicted with snorkeling, swimming, sun bathing like me, for those who love sea foods or want to taste delicious sea foods and seasonal fruits, Safari Blue is your ultimate best choice. It was simply spectacular sea adventure from Fumba village to natural lagoons, from lagoons to sand bank/bar, from sand bank to Kwale Island, pleasant and very fascinating sea adventure. Thanks and excellent Said Malik and your fellow staffs of Zafrica Tours and Safaris for your amazing service and life time experience, thank you for that historic sea adventure, I wish to explore once again this tour and other excursions with you guys at the near future. Wonderful dhow cruise - Adam and his team on the dhow ensured that the eclectic mix of passengers on his dhow including two very young little boys had a safe and enjoyable time. The sandbar was amazing, the starfish colourful but looked unworldly. The lunch of seafood on Kwale island delicious. But for me the best bit of the day after the snorkelling was sailing without engines on the dhow.

Lovely day trip for Safari Blue - My partner and I recently went on this excursion. It was a great day and well organised from start to finish. Our guide was great and also acted as our personal photographer which was a lovely gesture. The seafood bbq was fantastic. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful sites but needing staff training - The Positive: Beautiful sights with nice lunch The Negative: The tour was overall unorganized. The name of the tour did not match the name of the company who sanctioned the excursion. Following our arrival to our meeting location by our private driver, there was no one at the site to help us or explain what was to come next. Our driver was able to communicate and help us get our wristbands and fins for snorkeling. Afterwards, we waited an additional 30 minutes with no direction. Eventually we followed a group of people and were led down steps to several dhow boats. We were then told, “you guys get in that boat”. They never confirmed our name or which group we were with even after asking to do so. The overall rest of the excursion was very chaotic and disappointing. It rained and the men on our dhow covered the patrons in a tarp instead of covering the dhow in the tarp. Several other occurrences we encountered while on the excursion were upsetting. There were not appropriate timings of the stops, no direction, from our “guides”, guides dressed in street clothes, asleep on dhow or on cellular phone, women chain smoking at the lunch table and our dhow, and late arrival back to our pickup location. Would not do again or truly recommend, but the seeing the sandbank and lagoon was beautiful.
