It is not recommended for pregnant travelers, those with heart conditions, or serious medical concerns. Visas: If you are coming from the Zimbabwe side, ensure you have the correct passport and visa to cross into Zambia. Clothing: Bring swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, and water shoes/sandals (optional but helpful). Quick-dry clothing is recommended for after the swim.
