  Visit the site where one of the world’s most unique cheeses is crafted. The Highlanders, local settlers renowned for their handmade “oscypek,” a smoked cheese made from sheep’s milk, produce it here. The wooden structures where this cheese is made are called “Bacówki.” In these quaint wooden huts, you can sample various types of this cheese with different levels of smoking and learn about its production process.
