Zagreb. Zantium travel - Information tour of historic Zagreb. We were able to see the highlights and stop where we wanted to shop.

Short tour covering the significant sites - The tour was very nice. A smaller tour bus, single deck, held about 30 guests, that had an opening roof (remained closed today). Tour is about 1 hr 15 min. Narrative was good with guide pointing out the specific sites from the automated narrative.

Zagreb on tour - Pleasant "visit" to the beautiful Zagreb, clean city, full of green spaces well maintained and tidy. The tour lasted about an hour and was pleasant with the use of effective audio guides.

Good way to quickly see the sites of the city - I thought this was a perfect way to see the main attractions around the city it’s a small short route so won’t be on the bus for long, we found it easy to walk back once we hopped off. Headsets worked good, enough information about the sites and are given a small map of the route to follow which works well. Bit expensive but you get to see the city and beautiful architecture in one quick journey.

Rubbish.... don't waste your money. - The 'guide' was very poor. Spent the whole time laughing and talking with the driver. Just pointed to the various buildings etc with no explanations. Headphones not working properly, how many people had worn them...ugh! Very disappointing...got off early.

Poor value for money - This was not the experience I expected. The guide did not interact as I would have expected. He just sat on his backside and pointed to buildings and what they were but no historical information and half the bus couldn't here him.The guide was lazy. In England I would have wanted my money back. Also the headphones

Worst Open Top Tour -Amateur Outfit - I have been on many of these and this is easily the worst by some margin. Having booked it a week before directly with the supplier you would have expected them to be aware it was The Zagreb Marathon the day of my booking with half the cities streets shut off resulting in all but the last tour not running. Despite having my e mail and phone numbers they made no effort to contact me or the others waiting at the designated start point. This is very much a one man band operation with no ticket chuggers or office on the streets. When the Bus finally turned up there was no hint of an apology from the driver or offer of any compensation. Indeed he was monosyllabic with very little command of the English Language so unable to convey any nuanced information on the City. The tour itself was less than an hour and not very informative about the history of Zagreb /Croatia/Yugoslavia. À rip off at €20 per person.

Terrible tour - Very small bus, no stops it is not Hop on or hop off either, the city view from the bus sucks and there was No panoramic view in total a very terrible experience

Catastrophic organization!!!! - Catastrophic organization!!!! Despite timely Booking Referral there was no comment on how full the individual tours are already booked. And then it came as it had to. Too many people are waiting for too small a bus that can hold just 30 people. And that's still an exaggeration! One would then unfortunately be put off without guaranteeing that one will get a place on the next tour. Really very disappointing!!!

Don't book it!!! A disaster - A disaster. I have never seen such a minibus for HopOn HopOff, have about 15 people and if you are unlucky, which should often be the case, you will not get a seat at all, even if you were one of the first at the bus stop. 1.5 hours waiting for the next bus. An outrage.
