It serves as a style room and shows the house on the Zaan, in which generations of the well-to-do families Honig and Breet, manufacturers of white paper, lived.\n- Museumwinkel Albert Heijn - Here you can find the very first shop of the popular supermarket chain Albert Heijn. In here you can see what the old store would have looked like\n- Museum van het Nederlandse Uurwerk - In the middle of this unique area lies Museum Zaanse Tijd, which provides a charming and informative insight into the history of the Zaan clock industry through beautiful Dutch clocks. \n- Tiemstra Coopery - At the cooperage you can see how they used to vat. All the old materials and furnishings can be seen in this cooperage.\n- Kooijman Souvenirs & Clogs Wooden Shoe Workshop - Here you will find the largest clog shop in the Netherlands and the greatest collection of antique clogs in the world. In the clog factory demonstrations of machine-made clogs are given.\n- Catharina Hoeve Cheese Farm - Henri Willig is one of the greats when it comes to making cheese. You can attend a demonstration of cheese making in the Catharina Hoeve. In the farmhouse, our employees, dressed in traditional costume, explain the cheeses of Henri Willig: from Gouda to goat’s cheese and herb cheeses.\n- Molen De Kat - Paint mill de Kat is a still fully functional mill on the Zaanse Schans. You can even go inside to look at how making the paint is done.\n- Het Jonge Schaap - Mill ‘Het Jonge Schaap’ (the young sheep) is a sawing mill where you can see the full process of sawing logs. Step inside and discover the amazing old techniques they still use today.
