• Zaanse Schans - At Zaanse Schans, the charming windmill village, visitors can enjoy a private guided tour of a Dutch cheese factory to learn the traditional method of making Gouda cheese. There is an opportunity to taste over 26 different cheese flavors. Following this, guests can visit a Dutch wooden shoe factory to watch a live demonstration by a traditional clog maker. The experience continues with a private Royal Amsterdam Diamond tour, where visitors can learn about the history of diamonds and admire the ‘Royal Lady’ diamond with its 268 facets. There is also free time to explore the windmills and capture plenty of photos.
• Catharina Hoeve Cheese Farm - This is the first stop at Zaanse Schans. As previously mentioned, visitors can experience this historic cheese farm/factory with a private demonstration to understand the traditional Dutch cheese-making process, learn about the farm’s history, and enjoy a cheese tasting featuring more than 26 different flavors.
• Kooijman Souvenirs & Clogs Wooden Shoe Workshop - At this location, guests can witness a live demonstration of wooden shoe making by traditional clog makers, learn about the history of wooden shoes, and view various types. Visitors can try on wooden shoes with different designs and colors, and take as many photos as they like.
• Giethoorn - After visiting Zaanse Schans, the journey continues to Giethoorn, known as the ‘Green Little Venice’ of the Netherlands. Visitors have 3-4 hours to explore the picturesque area with their loved ones. A one-hour traditional boat cruise is included, but guests can also opt to navigate their own boat for a more personalized experience with family or friends.

This day trip to Zaanse Schans and Giethoorn offers free hotel pick-up service in Amsterdam. This unique tour has maximum 8 persons* per group, so we can have full focus on each individual traveller. A luxury and comforable mini van (Mecedes brand) will wait for you in front of your hotel. A bottled water will be provided to each traveller. Power bank, umbrella are provided and free to use during whole trip.

In the morning, you would visit a Dutch cheese factory, a wooden shoe factory and enjoy a royal diamond demonstration at Zaanse Schans; After that we will travel to Giethoorn, you would discover the ‘Green Venice’ of Holland and enjoy one hour free boat cruise in Giethoorn.
