Cumberland Island Kayak Tour - My husband and I absolutely loved our kayak tour with AIKE. We did the Cumberland Island tour and loved every minute! We appreciated the quality kayaks and life jackets provided. Aaron was a great guide who told us many interesting facts and stories about the island. I wasn’t expecting to learn so much! Would love to book another tour on a return trip to Amelia. If you are considering a kayak trip while on vacation, you won’t regret booking with this company.

Great Paddle, Great Value, Will Repeat! - Amelia Island Kayaking Excursions was wonderful. Easy to book; all credit cards accepted including Amex. The booking sent a calendar invitation and reminder. Directions were emailed on where to meet the kayak tour and what to expect. The equipment was in great condition and accommodate me (short) and my husband (tall). Easy but credible safety rules explained at the boat ramp. Life vests provided. No issues with kayaks; all in good condition. Lovely paddle in old Florida with a prepared guide who could point out flora, interesting vegetation, wildlife when viewed. Water and a snack were provided and included. Easy paddle north for one hour with a break then one hour return. The guide took photos and uploaded to Facebook and Instagram within 12 hours. We will book multiple times this year as a result. There are several tours to pick to see several areas near Amelia Island and Cumberland Island.

Truly Amazing and Great Hospitality - Coming into this experience I did not know what to expect, but what we got out of it was truly not but spectacular. We chose to go kayaking down the river, and our tour guide Mark was truly amazing and was very hospitable towards me and my family. I truly recommend this company to anyone who is slightly interesting in these kayaking adventures.

Friendly and Fun! - We did a self guided tour for our 9 year wedding anniversary and it was amazing. The tour guide was so friendly and helpful, though. It was my first time kayaking and he gave me some tips before my husband and I went out by ourselves. I would highly recommend this business and we will definitely be having future dates here!

Serenity, beautiful secluded piece of Paradise! Profoundly amazing from beginning to end - The views of the Cumberland Island trip were breathtakingly amazing! This tour was spectacular from start to finish. The water was crystal clear and the beach was secluded. There were a few wild mustangs in the distance. Aaron was a wonderful guide, rich in local history! Both enlightening and somewhat dark…I won’t tell, you’ll have to experience it for yourself… We saw numerous types of jelly fish, sand dollars, blue crabs , ghost crabs, horse shoe crabs, beach glass and shells you can’t find on “regular” beaches. So much to see on “your” private oasis! This is a must DO excursion!! My suggestion is, don’t leave Amelia Island/ Fernandina Beach before booking any of their tours. You won’t be disappointed! I’ve been on 3 of their tours thus far, Logan’s Creek, Lofton’s Creek and Cumberland Island. Each are very different. They all include knowledgeable tour guides with interesting local information. They offer morning and several afternoon noon times. Whether you go solo or choose a tandem kayak, you’ll have hours of fun and relaxation while enjoying and learning local history. Thanks Madison, Aaron and Mark, you guys rock! Also, I appreciate the southern hospitality! Looking forward to the next trip. I have a couple of referrals for ya!

Holiday getaway - We were delighted to find Amelia Island kayak excursions when we were looking for something to do around Thanksgiving holiday. Madison took us on a beautiful 2 1/2 hour kayak trip on Lofton Creek. Madison was very knowledgeable about the area and the creek and highlighted mini interesting aspects of the surrounding area in the creek. He was very friendly, kind and courteous and we highly recommend Amelia Island kayak excursions for your trip.

A great group experience for all! - I chartered about 15 kayaks to take us down an easy kayaking adventure and they picked a great spot in Lofton Creek. The launch was about 15 minutes from our resort and the guys were all ready for kayakers of all kinds. We were given life vests and a bottle of water and we enjoyed the scenery of "old Florida". The guides were great in taking lots of pictures and providing the guests with a great experience. A day later, the entire album was available on their website (LPA Group) and I was able to share with everyone easily, with or without Facebook! I talked with one of the guides and learned that this is a family business. They have a daughter who runs the operation and a son who is also a naturalist and they know their stuff! I love to support small businesses in the areas we travel, so I give them an extra star for working together to make an awesome option for tourists like us! If we're in the neighborhood again, I will definitely try the other options for our group.

You’re never too old to learn - I treated my cousin her two children to a kayaking adventure with Amelia Island Kayak Excursions. We learned how to kayak at Lofton Creek for a 5 mile, 2-hour lesson for beginners. We met at the Melton Nelson Boat Ramp off SR 200. There were 14 of us in the group. My cousin and her 14-year-old daughter teamed up in a tandem kayak, while her 10-year-old son and I teamed up in another. It was an incredible and awesome experience for all of us, but especially for me, who worried for days about getting into a kayak. I was even tempted to find someone to sub in my place, just in case I decided to back out at the last minute. In the end, I decided to go for it. Our two guides, Mr Madison and Mr Brooks, were excellent in providing exceptional step-by-step instructions on getting into a kayak and how to maneuver through the winding creek to enjoy the laid back world of aquatic wildlife and nature. Long story short, I love kayaking, and I plan to pursue it as a new hobby. Goes to show that septuagenarians like me are never too old to start kayaking!🫶🏽
