Great introduction to York - great experience - staff were friendly, drinks were reasonably priced, a great time was had by all!

Fabulous evening trip - beautiful and great fun. - We loved this trip ! We have done boat trips before in York but only one before at night so this was special - especially as we were the only ones on the trip so had all the boat for just us which was very unexpected! The commentary was very interesting but not intrusive and learnt quite a lot we didn't know from previous trips. The views are lovely and the boat very comfortable. You also get 20% off drinks on the evening 'happy hour' trip which was appreciated. Have to mention both staff members as well - very helpful and friendly and although just two of us on that trip, and without us could probably have finished early, they made us very welcome and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this trip & the company 😊

Beautiful evening sail - A very enjoyable evening sail along the river Ouse. The commentary was brilliant, I loved the passion in the delivery.

Great cruise with good staff. - We went for an evening cruise, we didn't know what to expect really having never done anything similar. It was really good and interesting, there's plenty of space outside to sit so you're not squashed up with other people and there was inside space too, it was a bit chilly as we expected in February so it was nice to have options. There's also toilets and a bar which was nice. The staff, Sophia and Tyler were great and very friendly and welcoming. Sophia's commentary was funny and interesting and we were impressed she remembered it all! We'd definitely come back for a day cruise or a cruise with fish and chips, it was great and well worth the money.

Evening cruise along the River Ouse in York - Very pleasant hour long evening cruise along the river Ouse with friends which was booked a few days prior to our arrival in York.

Pleasant enough trip - Pleasant enough but not worth the money. Sam was informative with the commentary and staff were really nice

Good , not much to see after dusk - There was not much to see after dark, maybe bring this cruise earlier to finish before dusk Until that point it was fine, commentary not very clear below deck

Was dark almost straight... - Was dark almost straight away so didn't see much, pretty boring as couldn't really hear or understand what was being said through the speaker.

The boat left early - We arrived on time at 6pm to see that the boat had already left. So disappointed.

Don't go - Such a disappointment and waste of time and money. It should be advertised as the most boring thing to do in York. What a shame.
