York haunted story telling walk - Dorian was a great storyteller and great guy, walked around telling us many spooky tails, thanks you again, and hope to see you again one day

A great tour! - An excellent small group tour led by the extremely knowledgeable (as well as funny) Dorian. We were attracted to this tour as we were looking for something that would suit our teenager and we weren't disappointed.
With a maximum group size of 20, this tour felt a bit more personal and we were able to ask questions. It did not feel scripted one but! As frequent visitors to York, we are very familiar with the city but this tour also led us to some areas we had never seen before. Thoroughly recommend! Thank you, Dorian.

Even for the sceptical amongst you…. - Super engaging whilst also fun, Dorian was extremely knowledgeable about the many ghosts of York. We especially enjoyed the small group approach as we wandered the lanes, as other tour operators seemed to have much larger groups which,somewhat rudely, encroached on our time (mentioning no names, Andrew Auster of Ghost Hunt York). Stick with Dorian and even the sceptical amongst you might just come away believing…..

Spookologist Tour - This was the highlight of our trip to York! The tour was fantastic and our guide Dorian Deathly was superb. He gave us a great tour of York with well delivered stories. We visited lots of different places and had a great time. I would highly recommend this tour and we are both desperate to make another trip to York specifically with this in mind.

2nd Deathly Dark tour, just as good as the 1st - Our second tour with Dorian after doing the Deathly Dark tour around 3 years ago, and like that one, this didn’t disappoint (Expedition 56).
We’ve done a fair few of the ghost/dark history tours around York now and enjoyed the different angle (and in some cases locations) this tour offered. Dorian delivers the tour in his own style, but there’s clearly thought and research behind the talks and information shared.
There were a large number of tours operating in York on our particular evening, and one thing obvious was the number of tour guides dressed in gimmicky character costumes delivering the same old stories with a lifeless monotone energy, this tour wasn’t like that at all, both in information and delivery.
Definitely recommend the Deathly Dark tours if in York.

Entertaining evening fun - Loved every minute of this funny and informative tour, even with a bit of "troublebanter" from a local....shall we say lady (although her hand gestures wee certainly not family friendly" Dorian dealt with it brilliantly and on we went. Highly recommend tour

Amazing tour guide! - Very witty character, wasn’t just story telling, he left room for discussion with his cynical views! Really good story telling! Kept us engaged the whole time! He had some really interesting stories to tell and it was very interesting to heard the ghost stories of York.
