Creating Kanji Art - Drawing kanji with a Japanese brush is similar to creating a work of art. Calligraphy is self-expression using special tools such as Fude, Suzuri, Bunchin. Kanji are complicated characters, but I felt calm when I concentrated on them. I don't know if I was able to draw it well, but I was able to create a memorable piece. After finishing the work, we were treated to Japanese tea and sweets, which made us feel relaxed and at home in a Japanese home.

Wonderful calligraphy experience - We used calligraphy brushes to draw Japanese characters for the first time. After hearing the meaning of the kanji from the teacher, I decided on the character I wanted to draw. It was my first experience polishing ink with an inkstone. The pleasant scent wafted in the air and calmed my mind. The salon is right near Yokohama Bay Quarter. There were so many plants in the room that it felt like we were in a forest. We enjoyed Japanese culture while drinking Japanese tea and eating Japanese sweets.
