✨ Amazing Culinary Journey Through Yogyakarta! ✨ - We had an incredible experience on this food tour in Yogyakarta! It was such an interesting and enjoyable way to dive deep into the city’s culinary culture and discover local dishes we would have never found on our own. Our guide, Dhea, was absolutely wonderful — very friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. She made the entire tour fun, relaxed, and engaging from start to finish. If you want to explore Yogyakarta’s food scene while learning more about its traditions and culture, this tour is a must! We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yogya. 🌿🍜

She was super enthusiastic and you could tell she really enjoyed sharing Javanese culture and food with us. Every stop had a story, and she made the whole experience fun and easy to enjoy. Highly recommend this tour, especially with Jasmine as your guide!

Great food tour expertly organised - Definitely recommend this food tour. organisation was perfect (whatsapp messages beforehand to ensure all details were clear, guide had cutlery available -as well as umbrellas as it started to rain, tour included tuk tuk transportation across the city for the various venues). We sampled 6/7 different type of foods, including main courses, snacks, sweets and herbal drinks. our guide (dhea) spoke fluent english, was engaged and kind, and explained to us a lot about the city and the foods we were sampling

Exceptional Night Food Tour - Kalika is Outstanding! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - We joined Kalika's night food tour as a group of 9 including children aged 5-14, and it was absolutely brilliant! Kalika was incredibly knowledgeable about both the food and Yogyakarta's history, weaving fascinating stories into every stop. Managing our diverse group (including a vegetarian and kids with varying willingness to try new foods) was no easy task, yet Kalika handled it effortlessly. She was patient, encouraging, and never pushy - more like a friendly local host than a tour guide. The perfect balance of walking and becak rides made it enjoyable for everyone, and we loved discovering how Yogyakarta's rich history influences its incredible food scene. We finished the evening at Alun Alun Kidul to experience the neon-lit attractions. The tour was relaxed, unpretentious, and well organised. Kalika's passion for sharing her city's culinary traditions really shone through, making this a really great food and city experiences Highly recommend this tour, perfect for families and anyone wanting authentic local food experiences but too scared to try on you own..

Amazing Night Food Tour with Kalika - We had a wonderful night food tour with Kalika! She introduced us to so many local delights – from food to snacks and drinks – and explained each one in detail. I really appreciated how she made sure everything was hygienic and safe to try. More than just a guide, she felt like a friend warmly sharing her beautiful hometown with us. Highly recommended!
