Yinchuan - Arrival & Check-In: Airport transportation is available from INC airport. Flights should arrive by 3pm or earlier. If you have extra time, the nearby Ningxia Museum offers a delightful way to spend the afternoon.

Yinchuan - Silver Heights: Renowned internationally, Silver Heights is owned by Bordeaux-educated Emma Gao, a trailblazer in Chinese fine wine. Garnering global recognition and awards, Emma represents the second generation of this family business, which began in 1997 when her father started grape cultivation here.

Yinchuan - Domaine Charme: This winery, owned by an architect, is situated at the base of a mountain peak resembling a Buddha’s face. Every element here is intentional – from their “pyramid of Charme” aligned with the meridian to harness “pyramid energy” for connecting with the cosmos, to their wine cellar designed for natural ventilation and airflow. Their wine, crafted with organic farming and natural gravity brewing, is truly exceptional.

Yinchuan - Mountain Wave: Operated by a couple who studied winemaking abroad, they took a bold step by planting “less popular” grape varieties like Malbec, Marselan, and Pinot Noir when they started in 2015. Discover how their gamble has paid off.

Yinchuan - Pu Shang: This charming boutique winery is a hidden gem. The winemaker is so dedicated to his craft that he focuses solely on winemaking rather than opening to the public. His small-batch, premium wines, especially his Marselan, have consistently won gold and silver awards at the Decanter World Wine Awards annually, and he will host us for a private tasting.

Yinchuan - Sweet Dew: The enthusiastic owner of this winery is Ningxia’s sole millennial winemaker. He also oversees the vineyard, designs the wine bottles, and personally packages and ships everything. Witness this passion project firsthand, where expertise and humility are evident in every bottle.

Yinchuan - Xige Estate Wine Tasting & Lunch: As the largest quality wine producer in the region, Xige Estate impresses with meticulous attention to detail. Spanning 1,300 hectares, they offer a diverse range of varietals including Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, and Sauvignon Blanc. In addition to touring their facilities and sampling their wines, we’ll enjoy lunch at their in-house organic restaurant.

Yinchuan - Stone & Moon: This dedicated team is led by their French winemaker, who has experience in most of the world’s major wine regions. With their first vintage released in 2021, it has quickly become a favorite among guests.

Yinchuan - Airport Drop-off: Transportation to INC airport will be provided. Flights should depart at 7pm or later.
