Another wonderful tour by Yerani Travel - The tour was absolutely wonderful, Arsen is a wonderful driver who loves Armenian music & it added authentic experience while riding the bus. Samvel is a very professional tour guide who has a very personal approach to each traveler. It feels like a family spending a day together. I have learned a lot about the history of Armenia, saw such wonderful historical places, including a beautiful waterfall & have done a tasting of at least 6-8 different wines. I would recommend the tour & Yerani travel to anyone!

Great experience - We took 2 different tours with this agent (one full day trip to Jermuk waterfall and then the next day to lake Sevan). All trips included multiple stops, I recommend to read the detailed programs in their brochure or online, so you will have an idea regarding the cities and historical sites you pass by) Tour guide Anastasia was amazing and very professional. She created a warm and friendly environment from the very first moment and she was bringing enthusiastic atmosphere for the entire tour group. She is very helpful and full of positive energie, luckily we were scheduled in her group on both days, for this we were very grateful. The whole program was very informative and gave us a good idea about the cultural backround of Armenia. Thanks to this trip, we have experienced and seen places that are not typical touristic locations or that are very well known. We have met very nice armenians in all villages, they were selling local products (handmade goods, sweets, jewelleries,etc.). Good WiFi coverage was provided in our buses. The drivers took good care of us, and we found no inconvenience. Lunch break was due in local restaurants, you can choose from 3-4 menu options which will be ordered at the beginning of the tour. This made sure the lunch is ready by the time the group reaches there. Overall the whole program is very well organized, I would even say it was exceeding my expectation. Of course to all of this the natural beauty of Armenia and the welcoming, warm and welcoming attitude of armenians also contributed a lot. I only recommend this tour agency and if you ever had doubt whether you should visit Armenia, I would like to encourage everyone to do it ☺️ Thank you for the unforgettable experience!

Memorable - I went to the Jermuk tour yesterday and let me tell you , it was a full schedule with inspirational and soul touching stops. Our tour guide was Nare , she was very enthusiastic and passionate about the stories of every stop you can feel it and you CANT NOT listen to her. The Jermuk waterfall was a VERY beautiful sight to see and our last stop was the winery where I have been there once before and the owners are very welcoming and had new stuff to offer and for us to experience. Their wine is magical. It is also my second tour with Yerani Travel and it's definitely not the last !! I definitely recommend.

Unforgettable experience to discover a part of Armenia! - Beautiful experience to discover the city of Jermuk with local wine tasting and intermediate stops to see some monasteries. Congratulations to our Guide Anastasia who was divided in proposing explanations in Russian and English for the members of the group. Wonderful trip across Armenia's many scenic attractions - I took the services of Yerani travels for their group tour to Sevan, Varenyats Pass and Jermuk. These places were for long on my must-visit list and I was happy to finally take this tour. The places we visited were beautiful and well worth it. I enjoyed the journey, which covered much of Armenia. The driver drove safely and superbly and we actually got back to Yerevan on time, which speaks volumes of his driving skills. We particularly enjoyed the Orbelian's caravanserai at Vardenyats Pass and the natural beauty of Jermuk. Our lunch at Lchak restaurant was also very good, where we were welcomed by Armenian music, a pleasant surprise. We also enjoyed the wine tasting at Areni. Anahit was our guide for the tour and she did her best to keep us engaged. She gave me some free time to explore at the Jermuk Mineral Water Gallery and also, helpfully translated for English-speakers during the wine tasting session. A couple of things though: She can use her mike more while informing us in the vehicle; I was sitting near the back and her voice did not carry without the mike. Also, while she was very knowledgable and explained about each place in detail, a bit less explanation and more time to explore the places on our own would be even better. During the trip, while most things were great, the AC in our coach malfunctioned midway through the trip, so we had to manage in the heat. Apart from this and some confusion regarding the starting point of the tour, the rest was great.
