Great tour - I regret that I don’t remember the guides name, but he did an excellent job. This group is very professional and reliable. The guide did a great job providing information to both the English and Russian speakers. There was also an intern guide named Jasmine who was extremely helpful and informative in answering my questions. If she was able to stand up to all of my niche history questions then I think she’d be able to answer anyone’s questions and would make a great guide.

Breathtaking and Invigorating - This was another spectacular day with Hyur Service. I can't recommend them highly enough. Totally professional, on time, personal and well paced days. Huge shout out to our great driver Aron and our guide Eduard. I learned so much from you. The lavash baking was superb - it far surpassed my expectations and Geghard did not disappoint - we were blessed to hear an angel singing in the church there.

Travelled all over Armenia with Hyur Service. - I went on four tours with Hyur Service which took me all over Armenia. The guides and drivers were all fantastic and very knowledgeable throughout every tour. The tours were bilingual in Russian and English and the guides did a fantastic job continually translating into both languages. The buses were very comfortable and the drivers were safe and travelled efficiently. I definitely recommend booking tours with Hyur Service.

Caloric Armenia - Very beautiful views, very interesting tour. Thanks to guide David for his clear organization and positivity. Also thanks to the driver Uncle Løve for the excellent road across the mountains. The tour is worth it, but there's a lot of climbing up there, so keep in mind it's hard. Thanks Yur tour for WiFi and water on the bus - convenient. As well as for the excellent tour arrangements, everything is clear, clear and interesting. Tip, allocate seats when buying at once , comes 40, even 50 minutes before the start , to take seats and just wait for the start - exhausting.

A short excursion. - The employees of the agency are very helpful, the driver too. It was a little bit rushed. A piece of advice, if someone is offering you something ask for the price! Nothing will be free except the water in the bus .

Crushed In My Seat - A 300+ lb man sat next to me. I was crushed the entire day. It was a miserable experience. Hyur Tours made sure to pack every seat on the bus, making it impossible for me to relocate. The company should ensure a couple free seats for when people must change seats. Further, half the tour was in Russian, which is useless to me. The guide said it was our “free time” while he attended to the Russians. In truth, it was just us wandering around waiting for our turn to be included in the tour. The guide was ambiguous when the English portions would commence. I, and I noticed others, thus missed out entirely on some of the guide’s commentary.
