A terrific tour to Tsaghkadzor and Sevan - Can highly recommend the tour to Tsaghkadzor and Lake Sevan. Our guide Karen was very kind and knowledgable, with excellent English. We never felt rushed. We also felt in safe hands with our driver, Hachi. Thanks for a great day.

Best Tour Experience – Great Guide, Driver, Operator & Service! - I had an amazing experience with Hyur service yesterday! From start to finish, everything was well-organized and professional. Our driver was excellent—punctual, skilled, and made the ride smooth and comfortable, even under the hard weather conditions. The lady guide was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the tour even more enjoyable with her insights and enthusiasm. I should mention that she organized one tourist’s birthday in the restaurant which means she is fast organizer for special event. A special thanks to the lady operator as well for her helpful and efficient communication when I booked the service. I am sorry I cannot remember their all staff’s name for future recommendations but they were one of the best team I highly recommend Hyur service to anyone looking for a great tour experience Armenia. I will definitely book with them again!

White February - We were looking forward on this tour as we were about to see snow for the first time. And Hyur Services made it sure this is going to be a memorable experience. The whole ride was smooth (thanks to Arayt(?) our driver). Our eyes were feasting on snowy trails, roads and pine trees. We had a very accommodating guide, Tigran(?). There’s ample time to take pictures and play in the snow. The cablecar ride was wonderful and quite surprised the staffs knew few words of our language. The lunch was sumptuous with a picture perfect view of Lake Sevan. The view at the top was stunning and the old church is a sight to see. Core memories! 🤍

You will be in Armenia, be sure to visit Sevan! - Sevan is beautiful. In sunshine and bad weather. The trip itself is not exhausting. The infrastructure, however, is slightly depressing in off-season, as is the attitude of some locals towards tourists. But guide Marina easily fixed any problems and joked/advised smoothing out the roughness. Thank her for that.
