Comfortable Aurora Lodge and Excellent Guide - The Aurora Lodge was exceptionally nice, clean, and comfortable. It had Wi-Fi and a modern bathroom, making our stay very pleasant. Mr. Mo was kind, guided us well, and took amazing photos for us. I especially recommend this Aurora tour for groups with children.

Absolutely magical aurora experience with Mo! - The August aurora wasn’t cold, and it was an amazing experience. Our tour guide, Mo, was absolutely the best and took fantastic photos for us. Even though it had rained during the day and the evening skies were cloudy, Mo tirelessly searched for the perfect spots where we could still enjoy clear views of the aurora. He knew exactly how to read the conditions and adjust our location to chase the most vibrant displays. When we started feeling cold midway through the tour, he led us to a warm and beautiful lodge where we could recover with hot coffee and cocoa. He also gave us great tips on places to visit the next day. If I ever come back to Yellowknife, I would definitely join his aurora tour again.

Aurora Borealis Adventure and Aurora Lodge - Great experience viewing the Aurora Borealis. Our guide Peter was excellent in showing us how to view and to photo graph the night sky Borealis. It was an amazing night. Also, having the lodge with the fireplace was a wonderful shelter as well as the outdoor tepee with the burning fire. We also traveled to two lakes with one showing the beginning of the Aurora Borealis and the last a Moondog. Quite an exciting night!

Unable to contact the organizer regarding the meeting and drop-off location and time. - Thanks to our guide Mimi, I had a comfortable and enjoyable time. From a lovely cottage, I could see the magnificent aurora.Thank you very much. The most serious problem was that we were unable to contact the organizer. I sent messages several times via the TripAdvisor chat function and to the email address provided in the message from the organizer, regarding the meeting time and place and the endpoint. The organizer repeatedly sent messages stating the meeting time and location, but these details differed from the information provided by Mimi, with a one-hour discrepancy in the meeting time. Additionally, despite multiple inquiries, there was no response regarding whether I could be dropped off at the airport after the tour ended. This caused significant anxiety. It appears that the organizer did not forward our inquiries to Mimi.

The house was really... - The house was really cold. The room temperature must be below freezing point because the snow we brought in from outside by shoes didn’t melt. It appears that the tour operators were unprepared and didn’t pre-heat the place and the heating system didn’t work well.
