For A/H (Airport to Hotel) transfers, the driver will greet you at the exit of the arrival hall holding a sign with your name. The waiting period is 2 hours from the actual arrival time. Afterward, the driver will transport you to the hotel. Please provide the pick-up name, flight number, and drop-off address. For H/A (Hotel to Airport) transfers, the meeting point is in the hotel lobby. The driver will have your name sign. For international flights, the pick-up is scheduled 3.5 hours in advance, and for domestic flights, 2.5 hours in advance. The pick-up name, flight number, and drop-off address must be provided. Please Note: • Tips are not included and are at your discretion. • Unless specified otherwise, the waiting time is 2 hours after the actual arrival time.
