We was picked up at 07:30 AM, we got a sandwich in the bus right after departure. We also got a meal in the mayan village. The only extras that you have to pay are: - 30$/ pers Mayan conservation fee ~2-3$ lifejacket vest at the cenote if you wanna swimm - optional Tips anywhere

No hassles or stress for vacationers - Great booking and guided tour. The tour was originally scheduled for Thursday but due to a miscommunication with the tour operator I missed my pick-up. The tour operator rebooked the tour for the following day without any further hassles and we were able to complete the tour. Very professional guides and operators all-around!!!

Had a wonderful day! Thank you Josue - We had a full day experience! We were at the first stop at Oasis Hotel. There are other buses and people there so we got confused who our driver is and Josue came in and help us find our bus. During the tour, opting for plus meant free drinks which came in handy as it was HOT! I really enjoyed the day. I see some people complaining about stopping at other hotels to pick others up, but I don’t understand how they want others from all over the hotel zone to join? It was no problem ChichĂ©n ItzĂĄ was awesome, guide was great. Again it’s hot, take every advice Josue tells you cos he knows what’s talking about. Cenote was great. The Mayan village stop was awesome for lunch. Overall great experience

Good care and management - It was a good experience, although we had problems with the package purchased, they helped us solve and respected the conditions offered, on time and solved everything. The tour was good and tidy, and although we've done it before with other companies, I think it was better timed and didn't feel so heavy.

A surprising trip to an exotic place without counting on the experience shared in Portuguese - Positive points: 1. I chose the Diamond Full package and really had the opportunity to enjoy with unlimited drinks and save a lot of money, as each drink was charged around 80 Mexican pesos on the bus. The guide's assistant named Braulio was very helpful and attentive when ordering the drinks. 2. The certified guide of Chichén Itza called Rute was very attentive and explained very clearly and accurately the historical details of each ruin and the kukulcan temple. 3. The bus is well kept and comfortable. Negative points: 1. Unfortunately, the advertisement of having a guide in Portuguese is misleading propaganda, as neither the bus guide nor the guide of Chichén Itza speak Portuguese nor understand Portuguese. I had to translate the information passed on in English and Spanish by the guides for my family. 2. There is no information that the Mayan ceremony was mandatory to attend, because me and my family ended up feeling embarrassed, because we do not have the same belief of them. 3. The tour in the central square of the city of Valladolid was very short of only 20 minutes, as it did not give time to take photos and still look for souvenirs.

Organization needs improvement - No sign in the store for registration. Bus driver took off bus number sign, couldn’t find the bus after visiting Chichen Itza

This tour included more... - This tour included more activities than we expected to be. The Mayan ceremony was good but the selling of the Mayan birth certificate and local products was taking too long. It was because we were taken to a place which is 1/2 hour away from Chicken Itza that it used up extra 1 hour travel time for this activity. The meal included in the tour was worth trying, but drinks were expensive. ($29usd for 3 mixed juice drinks) The tour guide at the Chicken Itza did a great job explaining interesting history and information of Chicken Itza. Beware to pay for life jacket and locker at the cenote even they were not listed as non included items. Also, the bus was cramped that the seat space is very small and they tried to fill up the whole bus as much as possible. This was not a 12 hours tour, from the time they picked us up at the hotel to drop off it took 14 hours (7am -- 9pm)!

Surprise Fees - Surprised with a $30 a person charge. Should have been more clear with fees as it feels scammy. Also, they should give you a receipt for this charge as they must just pocket it.

Excessively commercial - Fully commercial excursion. We are summoned at 7am but we are picked up half an hour late by a van without air conditioning in which we spend half an hour more picking people up. We reach a point (next to our hotel) where we have to wait for another half hour in the sun for the bus to arrive. On the bus they explain many interesting things about the Maya, but they also have a good time trying to sell some papers with our date of birth. We are transferred to a restaurant in a small Mayan village prepared entirely to sell, rather than eat. Food is scarce, in an open-air place where the heat burns, and drinks are paid for at the gold price. Thus the morning passes and the purpose of the excursion does not begin until the afternoon. The tour of Chichen Itza and the visit to the cenote very well. The stop in Valladolid was only 20 minutes, so it didn't give much... I recommend transportation on your own and avoid the commercial end of this excursion
