Qingshui Cliff - Qingshui Cliff, located between Heping and Chongde, is a wonder on the east coast of Taiwan and one of the eight great scenic spots in Taiwan. Qingshui Cliff is more than 1,000 meters high, facing the Pacific Ocean at an angle of almost 90 degrees. The road stretches for more than 20 kilometers and twists and turns. There are cliffs on one side and the vast sea on the other. Breathtaking.

Shakadang Trail - The Shakazhen Trail is 4.4 kilometers long, and it takes about two hours to walk one way. The most popular water-friendly route in summer is the Shakadang Trail. Shakadang is the general name of the valleys in the middle and lower reaches of the first tributary of the Liwu River, the Shakadang River. The entire trail runs along the left bank of the Shakadang River. In addition to enjoying the beautiful marble canyons and clear and charming streams along the trail, the first half of the trail is mostly open tunnels dug under the cliffs, which are also very distinctive. Yue Fei Pavilion - 岳王亭為在中橫公路173 k慈母橋與合流露營區中間，是為了要記念民族英雄岳飛而興建的涼亭，
古色古香的涼亭和對岸山壁的時雨瀑布山光水色風光相當不錯!
還有那座橫跨立霧溪的吊橋真的很美很特別，
這吊橋也是研海林道前往太魯閣大山→立霧主山→盤石山→奇萊山登山路線東側的出入口。

Tunnel of Nine Turns Trail - 九曲洞是太魯閣峽谷最精華的路段之一，步道全長700公尺，需原路折返。步道緊倚著高山深壑，向下俯瞰則是急湍的立霧溪水，兩岸山壁緊峙，鬼斧神工與險峻的地勢令人讚嘆震懾。
除了峽谷之外，大理岩壁上的斷層、節理、褶皺等地形，以及在峭壁上絕地逢生的岩生植物，都是值得觀察的重點。九曲洞步道路面寬闊平緩是一條大眾化的遊憩步道，和戶外地質教室。
