The driver will greet you at the arrival hall exit with a sign displaying your name. The waiting period is 2 hours post actual arrival time. The driver will transport you to the hotel. Please ensure the transfer name, flight number, and landing address are provided.
A/H: Hotel to Airport
The meeting point is in the hotel lobby. The driver will recognize your name tag. Boarding time is 3.5 hours for international flights and 2.5 hours for domestic flights. Ensure the transfer name, flight number, and landing address are provided.
Please Note:
• Gratuity is not included and is at your discretion.
• Unless specified otherwise, the waiting time is 2 hours after the actual arrival time. After this period, the vehicle will be released.
• Shipping is not included.
If your flight is delayed, we will monitor the flight information in advance and adjust the boarding time accordingly. For connecting flights, please note that we can only verify the flight information provided in this voucher.
If you are unable to locate our local representative for any reason, please call the number on your Assistant Voucher before taking alternative actions.
If there are changes to your check-in/check-out information, you must update your booking immediately.
Unless specified otherwise, one medium-sized piece of luggage is permitted per person. Hand luggage should be small enough to be held on your lap. If your luggage exceeds the seat size in the car, you will be responsible for arranging a taxi to transport your luggage.
