Amazing experience - Bruce was an extremely friendly and lovely guide. We were really happy he shared his knowledge about china history with us during the drive. He also helped us with tickets and suggested which itinerary we should do on the mountain, which would definitively take us a lot of time if we did it on our own. We highly recommend you to book a tour with him. You will enjoy the ride.

Loved the mountain - This is basically a taxi service with a guide that helps buy your tickets and then leaves. This is not a tour of the mountain so please note that. There is much more cheaper ways to get to the mountain from the city. However this is the hassle free way to do it. Came on time for me and picked me up when I wanted can’t fault the service. I paid nearly £250 for this which I feel is pricey but find this a lot when booking solo. This being said this was the best day of my trip. The plank walk is unreal but had to stand in line for over 3 hours to do it. Photos along the way around 20rnb. It’s 30rnb to get on the walk. You can’t get lost as the trials are easily found and landmarked.

A Nice Ride to Mt Hua - This is only a ride to the mountain for solo hiking which served my purpose as the vehicle was clean and nice. Be prepared for credit card machines that don’t work despite there being a visa and Mastercard displayed as being taken (not). The hiking at Mt Hua was wonderful despite the issue with the payment at the beginning. The driver gave me good directions for my solo hike but couldnt understand why I expected the credit card machine to work without getting upset at the cashier wanting me to pay but not having a working system in place. Go figure…. but yes Americans expect your machines and systems to work if you have a sign that says you accept credit cards, especially if you want to be paid.

Amazing memories - The hiking route is safe and well sign posted. The views at the top are breathtaking and if you are feeling a bit more daring, give the plank walk a try. Bruce and his team go out of their way to give you the best information for this tour. In my case, what time to get to the plank walk (the queue is long), best view points and are very laid back/friendly throughout.

Great day trip to Huashan - Perfect trip arrangement for people who want a convenient travel method to and from Huashan, but still want to explore the mountain independently without a guide. It is somewhat expensive compared to viable options, but the convenience can definitely be worth it for someone who's not used to traveling around in China independently. You'll get help to purchase the relevant tickets on site, and the driver is easy to talk to about Huashan route recommendations or various other topics.

Wonderful experience and I would recommend this tour from "Xian Tour Expert " to everyone. - Mount HuaShan excursion was a sudden decision to go where "Xian Tour Expert" help make it happened. Booking with them was easy with no concern. We were picked up according to the pick up time from our hotel which makes things convenient where we don't have to go somewhere to be pick up. Our tour operator, Bruce, was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Also, help mapped out an itinerary that fit my family and I to be able to see the amazing mount huashan during our hike up this amazing mountain. To summarize everything, it has been a wonderful experience and I would recommend this tour from "Xian Tour Expert " to everyone.

Great guide, too busy - Bruce (the guide) was fantastic, very knowledgeable about the area and china generally and spoke very good English. Car was great, clean, and on time. The reason for the 3 stars is due to the activity itself which I would not recommend in August, there are just way too many people given it is also the holiday period in china. Was 2h wait to take the cable car up (even though bruce correctly sent us to the cable car with less queue). When doing the hike we were in a constant ‘roadblock’ situation with people jammed all along the trail. Ultimately a scenic mountain but not an enjoyable experience this time of the year (we went on a weekday and not a weekend)
