In this vibrant and bustling market, a variety of vegetables and seasonal fruits are neatly arranged, spices are stored in traditional bags, fresh meats are displayed on walls, and other food ingredients are available for purchase.
Immersed in the local morning market culture, participants will then proceed to a serene private courtyard near the City Wall. Upon arrival, the staff will warmly welcome everyone with a cup of fresh green tea to help them unwind. The main dish for today will be a unique noodle dish. Participants will start by preparing the flour dough, mixing water and flour in a specific ratio. The dough is then pressed into a round flat shape and cut into strips. The most crucial step follows, where the strips are pulled into long, thin noodles, a process that requires considerable strength and skill. Once the noodles are pulled, they are ready to be boiled. After boiling, the noodles are topped with prepared sauces and hot oil is poured over them, completing a bowl of Biang Biang Noodles! Enjoying the self-made dish can be quite rewarding. After the meal, fruits or local snacks will be served as desserts.
