• The driver will meet you at the airport arrival exit or hotel lobby and will wait for up to 2 hours from the actual arrival time.

From hotel to airport:

• The driver will collect your name tag and wait in the hotel lobby. Pick-up is scheduled 3.5 hours before international flights and 2.5 hours before domestic flights. Please provide the pick-up name, flight number, and drop-off address.

Note:

• Gratuity is not included.
• Unless specified otherwise, the waiting time is 2 hours from the actual arrival. After this period, the vehicle will be canceled.
• Large baggage service is not included.
• In case of flight delays, we will first verify your flight information and adjust your pick-up time accordingly. We can only verify the flight details printed on this voucher.
• If you cannot locate the driver, it is your responsibility to call the phone number on your voucher for assistance before making alternative arrangements.
• You must update your booking immediately if there are any changes to the pick-up/drop-off information.
• Unless specified otherwise, only one medium-sized bag is allowed per person. Small bags must fit on your lap. If your baggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, you are responsible for paying the taxi fare to transport your luggage.
