English garden culture at its best - Huge, but very well-maintained plant with many different varieties/breeds and wonderfully endless “mixed borders”, rose, cottage, rock garden and and and and... The plants were mostly labelled too - so much to look out for the inclined gardener. Shaded benches for easy enjoyment are also plentiful. The Tea Time at the end was a bit simple tourist food, but overall very nice! PS: 3 hours is not nearly enough if you like plants;-)

Wisley Wonders - A very enjoyable garden to visit. Would highly recommend it. Just a shame everything is a little overpriced.

Beautiful themed gardens - A beautiful, visitor friendly attraction close to the M25, A3 and A10. A large and well set out garden with distinct themes sections. We particularly enjoyed the glass-house.

Delightful afternoon - A visited to this garden with afternoon tea in the terrace restaurant was gifted to me and it didn’t disappoint! We arrived at 12.30 and spent the next couple of hours walking around one half of the garden. The afternoon tea was lovely, sandwiches, scones and cake selection as per usual with a good size pot of tea then off to walk around the other half of this vast garden. We didn’t have time to visit the old lab or walk the furthest most points such as allotments and Howard’s fields

Awesome and a wonderful place to visit - Very lucky to have the weather just right for us. However, was not quite satisfied with the entrance. We booked with Trip Advisor, but the clerks did not seem to recognized with the ticket. We had added tea and cake, but we're not issued "vouchers", so missed out on the tea and cake. We purchased the food. Other than the above, the location and site was awesome. I think coming in the summer would be even fabulous.

Beautiful gardens, take a flask! - It's been a long time since we last visited Wisley, but having just retired we thought we would visit with a view to taking up membership. The gardens are beautiful, there is not denying that, but the service in the cafe's are dreadful. We first queued for a drink in the glass house kiosk, the service was so slow after 15 minutes we walked away. We then tried the main restaurant, after standing in a queue for 10 mins we were moved to a shorter one by a member of staff. The one lady serving was so slow it was painful to watch, so we walked away. I did comment to what looked to be like a supervisor, but her attitude was, there are three places here to get a drink, what more do you want me to do? All had large queues at them. Eventually we found a little coffee kiosk outside and after a shorter wait we got a drink. But £4 for a coffee and £3 for a tea? Very overpriced, but then you have a captive audience don't you RHS. It took us 45 mins to get a drink. I dread to think what the experience will be like in the summer months. So did we buy membership? No!

Garden lovely, Afternoon tea poor. - The entrance was fine but staff didnt give us a voucher to hand into 'food hall' when we finally found it to get the afternoon tea, which caused issues ! Tea consisted cake or scone/cream, jam & hot drink in paper cup. Cream was not refridgerated & was soft. Outside temp was 21c ! Had upset stomaches. I suggest either eat in one of the 3 choices of cafe/restaurant (The Terrace is a lovely restaurant, reasonable prices) or take a picnic.
