First Timers - First time to Lego land in Florida and the kids (8,11 and 13) had a blast. They had blocks available for kids to play with while waiting for the rides. I would say the roll coasters rides are for beginners to the roll a coaster world. Which is a good thing because all the kids were able to find something they liked! The park was very clean including the restrooms. Staff were friendly.

Fantastic time for kids! - We had a great long weekend at Legoland! It is the perfect trip for age 5-10 year olds. The hotel has nightly dance parties, musical elevator, and kids playing with Lego foam swords in the lobby 😂. I say if you are doing Legoland, definitely stay at least one night in the hotel- your kids will love it. The park is super cute and the mini land was amazing. All of the "model citizens" (employees) were so kind and really made my son's birthday special! A special shout out to Alayna, who manned one of the game booths and helped Carter practice to win a giant stuffed animal!

Fun for the Younger Crowd! - Legoland is a pleasant destination, particularly for families with younger children. I'd say it's best suited for those under the age of nine—maybe even younger—depending on how much they love Lego. The stores are very nice and offer a great selection of merchandise. However, if you have older kids or teenagers, you might find the rides are generally not geared toward their age group. They are definitely more focused on the younger demographic. Overall, it's a worthwhile trip if you have little ones interested in building blocks, but older children might be underwhelmed by the attractions.

WHAT HAPPENED ? why so many venues (rides and food) closed - Pay full price but deal with many rides and many food venues Either closed Or temporarily down because mechanical problems. Same thing happened last year. Stayed at the Pirates Hotel this year and two times before. Last two times when One of the the TV's iwas broken and they could not fix it or replace it. It was also a line at every refill station even though they had two machines created at every site one of the 2 machines was broken or turned off for some reason extremely hot weather meant a lot of people were hydrating and had to deal with lines refill station On the plus side service at Shipwreck Restaurant in the Powder Hotel was great. The food was good. The rooms at the hotel are nice. The last two times we visited the maid would refill the safe with Legos and juice boxes but they did not do that this year for some reason. It seemed like they were downsizing everything at every venue trip probably won't go back anymore because we are not getting our money's worth

A hugely disappointed AFOL… - Attended as a huge Lego fan and left very disappointed. The park was barren- hardly anyone there, no atmosphere, no music, hardly any staff around. The whole place felt unkempt and not taken care of- for example, there was a small water fountain for children to run through and the ground was filthy with dirt that looked as though it had been there a while. Get the jet wash out!! The majority of food kiosks were closed, and there were 4 ride closures, and one which was delayed so we were turned away. The Lego builds were impressive, however again, these looked run down in places. There appeared to be an overall lack of care for the park. The shops are missing a trick- there could be exclusive merchandise here, or Florida related Lego, but there isn’t any capitalisation on this, which is a shame. Overall, a really poor visit. Defo won’t be returning.

Make rain plan decisions quicker. - The Resort Management took too long to implement the “Guest Experience Promise”. There were constant downpours for 2+ hours with short intervals of clear skies. Many guests including myself felt cheated from the experience and felt it was money wasted. By 3pm it was clear the rain would continue past closing time and everyone was asking when will the rain plan be implemented. Legoland should quickly post the “activation” on the website and application. I’m thankful for the opportunity to a free day within a year but sitting under coverings wondering about management’s decision was not pleasant. Thank you.

Very old park, everything should be redone! The price of $150/ adult is exhilarating compared to the quality of the park! - The park is old and very poorly maintained! I am a fan of Lego and this definitely does not deserve to be called LEGOLAND! It’s even a shame for the brand. Even the logos at the entrance are no longer in color, the price is exorbitant $150 per entrance for an adult! In the grip many aging attractions, poorly maintained paintings and a completely uninterested staff. It’s a shame because my 6.5-year-old son dreamed of coming to the land of the Legos....

Legoland is the degenerate of Florida theme parks - Absolutely one of the worst theme park hands down. They will steal right out from under you. We purchased tickets for Wednesday because it was discounted and the cheaper day to choose would be the Wednesday because they were trying to get more business to be able to stay open on Wednesdays so we booked for the park only to come drive 10 hours to get here and for the park to be closed ( with absolutely no warning)because they were too slow for them to open so to save money they closed their doors and they offered no consolation for any of their wrong doings and cost us hundreds and hundreds of dollars and nobody would help us while we were here , nobody. No I owe you , nothing. In fact they made sure to follow us with security to the bathroom to make sure we didn't try to get into the sister park for free even though we paid hundreds of dollars to come to their other park that was closed. It's disgusting and it just has corporatism written all over it and it ruined our family vacation all our children had their heads down and some crying. There's no magic here. these people are pathetic. I feel stupid for ever talking highly of Lego land / Peppa park. The best advice I've been given was to reach out to put this to a news articles and into shareable Facebook posts because this is disgusting what they did to our family and other families today.

WORST THEME PARK EVER - DON’T GO!! - I am extremely disappointed with my experience at LEGOLAND Florida and the Fun Town Pizza & Pasta Buffet during our visit on July 19, 2025. We spent over $474 in total — $327.64 for park tickets, $37.45 for parking, and $109.63 for lunch at the buffet — expecting a quality family outing. What we got instead was a total disaster: At the Buffet: • The dining area was filthy with trash on the floor and tables left uncleaned. • There were no clean plates or utensils available. • Food trays were empty or poorly stocked, and we were told there was no more food being brought out. • There was no available seating, despite it being an all-you-can-eat experience. • Staff was completely indifferent and unhelpful. • We were forced to leave without eating, despite having paid. At the Park: • Many rides were in poor condition, looking outdated or in need of repairs. • Several indoor attractions had no air conditioning, creating an unbearable experience in the Florida heat. • Even the restrooms lacked air conditioning, which is unacceptable for a family-focused theme park. • The overall maintenance and cleanliness were subpar, and the value for the price paid is absolutely unjustified. On Top of That: I contacted LEGOLAND several times to request a fair refund. After 6+ emails and detailed explanations, I received only generic, copy-paste responses and no real solution. It’s clear they don’t take customer complaints seriously. I’ve submitted a formal chargeback through Wells Fargo, and I’m prepared to take this further by reporting the issue to the Florida Attorney General, Better Business Bureau (BBB), and Department of Consumer Services, if necessary. Final Thoughts: This was supposed to be a fun, memorable day with my family, but it turned into a frustrating and disrespectful experience. I do not recommend LEGOLAND Florida or their restaurants. Save your time and money — you deserve better.
