Amazing time with a fantastic crew! - When we were planning excursions to do in Tahiti, the Sea Scooters was at the absolute top of my list. I am so glad we had the opportunity to experience it, as well as purchase the video package. Nico did a great job of finding amazing sea life for us to see, and really made the entire experience a great pleasure! Since the experience, we have recommended it to all the other guests we’ve spoken with!

Really liked the full... - Really liked the full snorkel mask. We saw a tremendous variety of fish, sharks, eels, rays and a tiger fish. Drive instructor and boat captain were great, helpful and informative. Would highly recommend this tour.

Great family activity in Moorea - The coral garden in front of Sofitel hotel is fantastic, full of different colored fish and corals. The guide is easy to follow with the jet scooters. Then the stop at the motu allows to show rays and more fish. Scuba gears and diving suits are provided if you do not have your own.

Nico & the Captain were the nicest, most caring people. - -I can't say enough good things about Nico who was the dive master and the boat captain. They were so patient, kind, and educational. -Nico explained everything thoroughly about how to use the scooter and made sure our masks, wetsuits, and fins fit us comfortably and correctly. They were very safety-oriented which I appreciated as a non-swimmer. They gave me a life vest to make me feel more secure. -Unlike the basic ones you borrow for free at hotels, their mask is a full face mask with a one-way vent so it's very difficult for water to get in your mouth or your eyes (but it could still happen). -Unfortunately, we didn't see any turtles on the day of our excursion but we saw a lot of different fish and several sting rays. Those sting rays know Nico and swam right up to him and frolicked with him! It turns out Nico has been feeding them daily for the last 15 years. No wonder they like him! -A caveat: Despite other reviewers saying you can do this easily even if you're not a swimmer, I would suggest you evaluate whether or not you are comfortable in water where your feet will not touch the bottom. It turns out I was not. I actually completely freaked out once I got in the water and went into full panic mode. And this is why I'm heaping lots of praise on Nico and the captain. Nico gently took me by the arm, talked me through it, and brought me back to the boat where the Captain took over and chatted me up until I calmed down and was willing to try again. He also told me little kids and 92 year old non-swimmers do this excursion all the time. That didn't help me - lol! - but I understood his point. It's totally safe - especially with a life jacket on - if you're not too chicken like me. I spent the whole time on the boat but it was still awesome just being on that gorgeous water and watching my family have fun.

Once in a life time experience ✨️ - Everything about this was amazing. I recommen anyone in the area go and have a go and get the photos as well .my husband said of all the excursions I've arranged for him this is one of the best he has done. The staff were great

Go For It - This was a fantastic experience. The sea scooters are easy to use, the coral was beautiful and we saw so many fish. The dive master was very attentive to the group and the boat captain was a blast. We went to two sites, swam with a very friendly string ray. It's a great experience . I also liked the smaller group

Coral reef up close - It was my first time snorkeling with a scooter and it is a blast! Plus the new full face masks give you a much broader view. So much easier to get a closer look at the amazing tropical fish and the coral.

Spectacular reef and great experience - We have been snorkelling for many years but this is the first time we used sea scooters. We had a blast! That was sooo fun and we truly enjoyed it. The reef was spectacular! Our guide was kind and knowledgeable. We certainly recommend this one to all our friends

Absolutely amazing experience and totally worth it. - The guides were really friendly and accommodating. We saw a small shark, and a bunch of sting rays that kept following the guide. There were lots of different fish and coral everywhere. The sting rays were definitely the highlight.

Cool way to cruise around... - Cool way to cruise around and see a variety of sea life. My husband’s mask leaked so he didn’t really enjoy the experience because hie couldn’t see through the fog and water in the mask. They did give him a 50 percent refund. It was a really windy and mostly cloudy day so the water was really choppy. Recommend going on a calm day for a better experience..
