Well worth a half day. - Shaka - our guide was excellent. Very informative and helpful. The highlights were the stop for the meat and pap snack and the tour of the township areas.

Great experience - I learned so much about the people of Windhoek and the rich culture of the Namibian people on this tour. The experience in the township was especially eye-opening — it offered a genuine glimpse into everyday life, community spirit, and resilience. I also appreciated the opportunity to learn about Namibian history, from its pre-colonial roots to its path to independence. This tour offered more than just a surface-level view — it was a deeply meaningful cultural experience that left me with a greater appreciation for the country and its people

Excellent City and Township Tour. - We have just finished a great City and Township tour with Shaka today.
He was a great guide, punctual, polite and very informative.

Beautiful tour of Windhoek and Katutura - Great driving tour of Windhoek and Katutura! Shaka was very kind and friendly, and answered all my questions in detail and clearly. He gave me a lot of information about everything we saw. I was able to taste the local kapana, and go to places I couldn’t access without a guide.
I recommend 100%!

Worthwhile and easy - The tour was easy to book and pay in advance, and confirmed by email. I was collected from my hotel on time and then the driver stopped to pick up four others. The minivan was comfortable and driver professionally friendly. Sites were a good mix of modern cultural history plus a few excellent, though pricey, craft markets. We were back later than planned due to the tardiness of some tourists in the group.

Smithley the best guide ever - There were only 4 of us and Smithley (the guide). He told us a lot of things about Windhoek. He also replied to our questions. We also saw the non-touristy side of Windhoek. Then we were in the market and I tried Oukuki with Salsa which was very tasty. I can recommend you to book this tour especially if it's guided by Smithley. Overall a great experience to start your vacation in Windhoek and don't forget to buy souvenirs at Penduka 👌🫶

Nambias Menschen - Smithley was our guide and we were the only guests which was great as we could pose many questions on the living conditions for people living in the township.
Smithley did a great job explaining us about the different tribes, Social programs, the daily life of the people. At the same time he was saftly driving and a very nice Person.

Recommended tour - A good and safe tour to get an insight into the "life" of Windhoek. Competent guide who explained a lot of information about the history of Namibia.
