Entertaining and cultural experience - The San people explained very well their way of life in their own clic language (translated later by the guide). The whole family enjoyed it very much and would have stayed the rest of the day with them.

Unforgettable encounter with the San - Eun unforgettable day. We were picked up at our hotel on time. Nicole introduced us to the history of the San and then handed us over to our translator Erasmus. He called into the bush and we followed the voices. Soon we had reached the group of San. We introduced ourselves to each other and soon realized that our leaders have their hearts in the right place. Despite the language barrier, we got along well. We took a nice walk which was interrupted by our companions again and again to show us skills zz or special features We talked with hands and feet. It therefore only had to be translated sporadically from the click language of the San into English. We were introduced to a large bundle of everyday skills and were also allowed to participate. Together we laughed at each other's phantoms. We all had a hard time separating.

The tour with the San... - The tour with the San was very authentic and definitely worth it at the beginning or end of a trip through Namibia. The introduction by Nicole Mtawa was also very interesting.

Enlightening, authentic, and fun - definitely recommended - Absolutely brilliant, authentic tour with the San Bushmen! Learned a huge amount about their daily lives and laughed at several wonderfully told stories first conducted in their click language. Great communication from Nicole ahead of the tour, and conveniently located only 20 minutes out of Windhoek. Highly recommended!!

A wonderful glimpse into a world and way of living almost forgotten - Most recommended! I booked the tour, but still harboured some doubts about the nature of such tours: would it be "a show"? Would it feel strange to go there watching? Well, it didn't. On the contrary: Being greeted by Nicole Mtawa, known for her books on Africa, who initiated the bushman walks, and by our San guide, we quickly felt welcome and at ease. On the tour, we met some more San, we learned to say hello in San language - including a klick sound which we probably pronounced terribly wrong ;), and yes, they showed us their skills, but it didn't feel like "a show" at all, it felt astonishingly natural. We learned a lot about fire making, arrow- and bracelet-making, about traps and poison used for hunting...

An absolute recommendation! - An absolute recommendation! Nicole, a German dropout, organizes encounters with tourists for the people of the San tribe. Very authentic and personable. Our children now know how to make fires 🙈. I was completely fascinated by the motor skills of the Bushmen. We felt super comfortable, the atmosphere was absolutely positive!

San - Very nice time visiting the San representatives who will show you how they hunt, gather, make fire, dance, etc. In the description it says that the items for sale are 100-200NAD but most items were 80-500NAD. Best to bring more money for the crafts.

Fun and interesting walk with the San. - A fun and educational experience about the way of life of the San tribe. One of the 4 San tribe men took turns telling something about a subject. Then it was translated into English. One of the San men was a real comedian. Special to hear how you can live and survive with only things from nature.
