Highly recommended - It was the perfect introduction to Williamsburg. Guide was knowledgeable and very friendly. Being this early, we almost had the place to ourselves. He pointed out all the main places of interest and made a ton of recommendations. Best for first timers.

Fabulous Williamsburg Intro! - This was our first visit to Williamsburg. Lonnie was so knowledgeable and could answer any question. We did an incredible hour getting a deep dive into the history of the area and site. Would definitely recommend, as it’s a big place and we were only spending one day. Fantastic!

Perfect length, good info - It was just the right length and depth of information. The pace was nice, and we got lucky that the weather was excellent. Our guide knew his stuff and delivered the material at a good pace and with good dovetails, etc. If you are looking for even more of a history lesson, you might consider a longer tour.

Enjoyed This Tour - Lonnie is a very good tour guide. He has extensive knowledge of the history of the area. He gives little known facts making it quite interesting. We had some difficulty finding the designated meeting spot indicated on the website as there are no house numbers on the buildings. Would suggest that instead he makes the meeting spot at the original Capitol building at the end of Duke of Gloucester street which is easy to find.
