A perfect day!!! - We were a group of 14 who wanted a private 4 hour cruise. Not only was the price so reasonable (what we’d were quoted thru our resort was over 5x the price!) but the customer service was outstanding Giovanni was super responsive and so accommodating! He went out and got the specific ingredients we requested for our drink choices and texted me with questions he had to make sure our experience was perfect. . We were picked up right at the dock, brought to a few stunning places to snorkel, had great music, great snacks, great drinks and great company. And our captain and co captain were FANTASTIC! It was an absolutely perfect day! Thank you so much Giovanni!

The besttttttt!!!! - This was 1 of the best experiences I had while vacationing in Curacao . The captains were so nice and friendly and we had an awesome time. We even jumped off the top of the boat into the water, it was amazing.

Great time - We took a four hour afternoon tour and snorkel. While the boat is not fancy we felt safe and had plenty of space for 13 of us to enjoy the sun. Isis was a fabulous guide and went above and beyond to provide great service. Highly recommend.

Great day! - Giovanni and crew did a great job making our day in Curaçao great! Snorkeling was awesome and lunch was great! The half day trip provided great views of the island and plenty of time for swimming and cocktails!

Fun day in paradise! - We really enjoyed the cruise and snorkeling at the tug boat wreck. Lunch was really good and the captain and first mate were wonderful. Would definitely book it again!

Pick another excursion. - The staff is great, but the boat and itinerary not so much. The boat is much older and needs a deep clean and while there is a super short snorkel stop, there weren't enough snorkels and masks for everyone nor were there any floatation devices for swimmers to use while snorkeling. Instead they gave us the standard orange life vests to hold on to. That immediately decreased my view of the excursion as it is unacceptable. The boat is older which isn't the end of the world, but they need to replace the gripping strips on the stairs to prevents slips and do a solid sweep to clean up dirt and debris from inside the cabin. It also needs to be aired out as it is very very musty. The snorkel stop was way to short and I think it was intentional so they had enough time to grill all the food on the small portable grill they used. The food was good however. All in all, the idea of a private "yacht" sounds cool, but is grossly overstated. It isn't a private yacht. It is an older boat that shows it age and wear, but is for your small group only. You will get taken around and shown some interesting spots, but I feel there are much better options, even if they aren't private or "yachts".

Not good! - Well to be honest, it was very disappointing. I do rent a boat on the island every year, a highlight of the holiday but I found the drink that was present, far too little to begin with. We were 11 people and a total of 3 bottles of wine 2 bottles of Vodka. Furthermore, some beers, soda and lots of water. I just had to hold back on drinking so the others had enough. Around 5pm we ran out of wine and vodka. Furthermore, the food was also very mediocre. A total of 8 trays of chicken and pork arrived. I expect that when there is a barbecue you have a table with meat, salads sauces and so on, now it was very meagre and just not catered for. Also in the afternoon you could have put down some chips or fruit. That doesn't seem like the cost. Furthermore, the hostess was present but not busy to pour us or ask if everything was okay. Especially concerned with the boat. Otherwise nice people but for over €2000 for 4 hours sailing you can really expect more. I had business relations with from the Netherlands and I was actually a bit ashamed of the way things were going. Again I rent a boat more often when I am on the island, for a lot less money but many times better looked after.

Poor customer service on the back end - The crew on the boat was amazing! They were honest & very thoughtful. They ensured we celebrated in style! However, the person operating on the back end was not the nicest. The boat we had was named harmony & not the boat that was advertised. The bathroom was not working & we were told the speaker wasn’t working either. After 10 mins the speaker was magically working. I was told I would be given a half refund because the boat & services were not as advertised and I was left on read from our last message. Again, great crew on the boat (loved Isis). The person running the business needs to have better customer service & communication.

BAD EXPERIENCE - I paid for a very expensive private boat, arrived on the scheduled day and time and THERE WAS NO ONE THERE. Giovanni, the owner of the company, simply didn’t show up. We only had a few days in Curaçao and ended up losing a whole day of the trip because we couldn’t find another boat on the same day. I called him by phone and then he cancelled the trip without noticing me before. The reason why he cancelled it: He forgot to book my trip. Frustrated, I asked for a refund, and Giovanni simply decided to keep $350 from the total amount. He claimed it was for administrative fees — the company’s policy for cancellations, but I never cancelled it; I showed up for the tour, he was the one who failed to deliver and still kept my money.
