De indeling van de groepen samen met de familie/vrienden verliep wat rommelig en onduidelijk. Dit kan zeker anders zeker als de groepen qua onderdelen groter zijn. De film vooraf van wat je allemaal kan kan vond ik overbodig, had liever gehad dat een trainer vertelde hoe ze de dolfijnen trainen en de commando's en wat je wel en niet mag doen bij een dolfijn enz. The dolphin swim alone was perfect, we had an awesome instructor (Noel). If it was just for the 30 minutes with Noel, I would 100% recommend. However, here are suggestions to prevent frustrated customers just like I am. First of all, I booked online. Nowhere was the mention that it was the US currency. Almost always (except for your website), when you travel elsewhere and want to book something, you choose the currency of your country. If you cannot choose it, they write the currency that you will be charge. In my case, I thought the amount was 200$ CAD (Canadian dollars), with a 10% discount so 175$. The day of my dolphin swim, I find that I am charged 247$ per person (we were a group of 5 person). I was extremely frustrated because it was definitively not in my budget with the change of currency. Therefore, I find this a misrepresentation. Second point, online, for the dolphin swim, it says 1h30 for the activity, 30 minutes of swim. Why right 1h30 of activity total if you just mean that you can take a shower? I feel like this can get expectations of complements for the activity when it actually just the "take the fins and leave your things here" and "you may take a shower after your dolphin swim". Thank you for your reading, and please mark on your website the currency you charge. I have 72$ per person to explain how come it is more expensive.
