We were excited for the dolphin experience with our nine-year-old son. After we left the theater, we were told that our son had to leave us to go listen to the explanation for the dolphin experience alone. We told the lady in charge that because he was nine years old, I (his mother) would accompany him, she told me I wasn’t allowed. She sent him off alone. He came back crying because he didn’t understand where he was supposed to go by himself. I find it absolutely unacceptable that as parents, we were not allowed to accompany our son to listen to an explanation. For an event that was supposed to be fun. It ended with my child crying. We are very dissatisfied. Your staff clearly did not understand that a nine-year-old boy should not be left alone without his parents.
