Cruise Family - What an amazing experience!!! We cruised into port and island time was different than ship time. They were very understanding and communicative! Picked us up exactly where they said. We drove about 15 min to pick up the ATV’s. The tour guide was personable, interactive and engaging! We saw the dessert, caves, beaches and drove through the streets. What a great way to see and explore the island. I would absolutely recommend this excursion and experience to anyone visiting the beautiful island!

It was very fun and you... - It was very fun and you got to see a lot of hidden spots on the island. We got to see a really cute beach and a cave. Overall the experience was a 10/10. The tour guide was engaging and funny as well and made the experience all the more worthwhile.

Cancelled without explanation! - They cancelled on us last minute, without giving a reason. It was too late to book another ATV excursion so we missed out.

Did not get the ATV experience - The tour operator was extremely rude and unprofessional. Prior to booking, we were advised of the additional cost to book transportation and we agreed and communicated this viator. Fews days before the excursion and leading up to the day received no communication from the operator about pick up, despite the numerous times we contacted him on this app. The morning of the excursion I reached out to viator who mentioned that they were unable to get through to the tour operator because they had emailed him about the pickup but he was unresponsive. The tried calling him again and also provided a contact for me to reach out to him. After doing so the tour operator stated that he is unable to do a pick up for my partner and I because he has another couple to pick up in the opposite direction of our hotel and then proceeded to send us the information to get there on our own. Bare in mind that Curaçao taxis are expensive and we didn't rent a vehicle, in addition this was the 8am and our excursion was at 9am. The tour operator also mentioned that viator did not reach out to him, just so he could take the blame off himself. After sharing the proof with the tour operator that viator had indeed reached out and he was unresponsive, he then opted to give us a pick up minutes to 9 under one condition. He would pick us up and take us to the location, leave us there and go to pick up the couple in the opposite direction and we would need to wait there until they return. We did not agree to this seeing that we are in a totally different country, new no one and wasn't sure that was safe, and also the fact that we had other activities planned for the remaining of the day that would've been interrupted/cancelled being that we would be starting so late. When we disagreed to not going and asked for a refund due to his negligence he began to be extremely rude and stopped answering our messages. Viator then reached out and told us we weren't getting a refund. I will never use this platform again.
