Interesting place - Well worth a visit if your in the area, well organised transfer and the guide was very informative. Lots of steps to climb down which would prove difficult for the elderly.

Breath taking - a must see attraction - This is a attraction definitely worth seeing - the sights and workmanship are amazing. The tour guide was very informative and made the tour very interesting. I was very apprehensive about how i'd manage all the steps and was afraid I might hold everyone up. However I needn't have worried because I didn't have any problems going down the stairs, which had sturdy handrails to hold onto. In fact the amount of steps and the walking on each level didn't bother me at all. Throughout the tour I was near the front, close to the guide, the whole time and enjoyed the whole experience.

The church is magnificent - It was a fascinating tour and the guide was good. There was a huge amount of walking was during the tour, but this was expected. The stairs were fine as only went down. At the end there was a long long walk to the lift which was in a neighbouring shaft and brought us out a significant distance from the original entrance - we had difficulty finding our way back to the taxi. Wear very sensible shoes!!

A must see - Fab tour. Very glad I booked through Viator. Was so easy and driver arrived on time. Was collected from the apartment and taken there. The driver waited with us in the queue and left when we entered. He was thee waiting when we came out. The tour was very interesting. Just a warning to anyone who is claustrophobic, the only way to leave the tour is up through a lift shaft which is very small and you’re tightly squeezed in with others. It gets to the top very quickly though. If I’m Kracow it’s a must see. We were returned straight back to our apartment in a nice comfy clean private taxi. I would definitely recommend seeing the Salt Mine and also recommend booking through Viator. So easy and takes the stress out of getting there.

Salt mine review - The pickup was spot on time and very efficient he fully explained the procedures. However the tour it self was a bit disappointing the guide was difficult to understand and the electronic relay equipment was very poor We past several features with no explanation . The mines themselves were spectacular in places.

Operator didnt bother turning up - Can't say anything as the tour operator didn't bother to contact us and therefore we didn't get to go on this tour. Very disappointing and now face the task of having to get my refund of £175.00
