Absolutely fantastic trip made better by Sam. She was an outstanding guide. - Brilliant outing. The scenery was incredible. Blessed with a beautiful calm day, and a friendly, knowledgeable guide who was great. Would do it again.

Loved it! - Loved the trip out on the water. Great seeing and hearing about the history of that particular coastline & harbour. Sam was an excellent driver & tour guide - we loved every moment.

Awesome Cathedral Cave coastal boat tour - After choosing one of several available tours we wondered if we had picked the best one (as they all appeared to be well rated) Well our question was answered as soon as we met Sam and boarded the boat. Great, friendly , informative and knowledgeable skipper. Kept us well informed at every stop along the way, including historical aspects of the stops. Excellent value all round and special call out to Sam again , who went above and beyond for everyone on board. Highly Recommend.

A Memorable Off-Season Experience with Ocean Leopard Tours – Sam Made It Exceptional! - We took the two-hour Cathedral Cove tour with Ocean Leopard Tours in late May, just as winter was beginning and during the off-season. This timing turned out to be a bonus, as there were fewer crowds, allowing for a more peaceful and intimate experience of the stunning Coromandel coastline. Our guide, Sam, was absolutely fantastic, friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She ensured that everyone on board felt welcome and included, making a real effort to give each of us the best possible views of the key attractions. Her commentary throughout the tour was informative and engaging, highlighting the geological features, local wildlife, and the cultural significance of the area in a way that made the experience both educational and enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area, it’s a must-do. And if you’re lucky enough to have Sam as your guide, you’re in for a truly exceptional experience.

Stunning views & a lovely experience! - Such an amazing experience, the views were absolutely incredible and it was fascinating to learn about (and see) the wildlife & history of the area. Excellent tour with fantastic views - This is an excellent tour. Sam our skipper was friendly, knowledgeable and very skilful. Life jackets for everyone, a very safe trip. The views are incredible and we saw blue penguins and shoals of fish in the crystal clear water. And we got up close to cathedral cove and the other coastal features which were explained in detail. Highly recommended.

Incredible Boat Tour with Sam! - We had an unforgettable trip to Cathedral Cove, Coronendel and Sam was the perfect guide! She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made everyone feel comfortable from the start. Her passion for the area really came through in the way she shared local stories and facts. The scenery was stunning, and the whole experience was made even better by Sam’s warm and professional approach. Highly recommend this tour — and if you’re lucky enough to get Sam as your guide, you’re in for a real treat!
