Highly Recommend Raft and Camp - This was the most amazing experience we have had in a long time. We weren't sure what to expect, but everything was beyond even our wildest imaginations. We arrived with a group of six, including 2 teenagers and all of our camping equipment for rafting and one night of camping. We listened to the safety talk, got loaded up with our rafting gear and met our guide Spicy. Spicy took us through many fun rapids and chatted with us on the quieter parts of the river. The water was pretty high due to all the rain this year which made it even more fun. We stopped for lunch at the guide's camp which was a fun peak into the lives of river guides. Lunch was great. Our next portion of the river was just as much fun as the first and ended too soon for us:-). We loaded back up onto the bus and as we headed back, Spicy let us know that he would be getting off at the camp to prepare to host us for our night of camping. We grabbed our car and headed down unsure of what to expect. Spicy was there and ready with snacks--and was even respectful of some dietary issues in the group. After snacks and setting up camp Spicy hooked us up with a croquet set and started on dinner. Dinner was better than anything I cook in my house!!! Spicy made chicken curry with the chicken on the side for non meat eaters, and it was DELISH! It was amazing. After dinner he started a fire for us to tend while he prepared a lovely desert. But that's not all.... he then brought out a guitar and a drum box for my kids to join him and sang us songs under a blanket of stars while we watched the nearly full moon come up over the canyon. I can see why the guides like it here, its pretty magical. We headed to bed early that night and the next morning Spicy was there with wonderful coffee and breakfast. This whole experience was above and beyond our expectations. The rafting was great, the food was wonderful and Spicy was FANTASTIC. I highly recommend rafting and if you can camp, do it! It's unlike anything we have ever done before. Thank you again!

Dad and Daughter Epic Adventure - This is my favorite place on Earth with some of the coolest people I've ever met. That's the reason I gift myself a Rafting trip for my birthday as often as I can. This was mine and my daughter's third trip down the Salt with this company. This trip was by far the best...so far. Thanks to our amazing guide Ara and our safety Squid Syd! We decided to extend our rafting trip to a raft and camp. Best decision we made in a really long time! Barely $100 more for priceless memories. We started out like any other trip by gearing up, then our guides loaded us up and took us up the river further. *This was new. We actually got an extra 20+ mins of rafting because the water was up. After a short, but thorough safety briefing, we were off. Ara was top notch and made our trip super exciting and tons of fun. The rapport between the two women made for great entertainment. Ara also made sure we hit the big holes and got super soaked! We stopped for the famous chicken fajita lunch at 2nd camp, then breezed through the 2nd stretch. The gnarly bus ride back was even more fun, cause we got to raft a third time across a small wash. We said bye to the non-camping guests and drove to camp. (Suggest vehicle with decent clearance) Once we got to camp, Ara brought out appetizers and helped us feel at home. After getting to know everyone a little we had an amazing steak and grilled veggie dinner followed by strawberry shortcake for dessert 😋. We relaxed around the fire for a bit and then hit the sack. We awoke to the smells of breakfast and was shortly greeted by hot coffee for me and hot chocolate for my daughter. After a huge breakfast of pancakes, eggs, hash browns, and fresh fruit, we packed up camp and reluctantly said our goodbyes. This was by far the most amazing trip of our lives....so far. Thank you so much Ara, Syd, James, Terrick, Amy, Aaron, and everyone else that made our stay so awesome! ***Remember to tip your guides***
