Select which healing plant to add to your tea from along the path. The much-needed pause from the digital world - In a quest to escape the constant rush, I sought an experience away from my goal-driven pursuits. I longed to simply bask in nature's calmness, moving at my own unhurried pace. This journey allowed me to slow down and immerse myself in the present, connecting deeply with the world around me -the textures of trees, the flow of water, the interplay of light and shadow. It was a magical experience that brought me peace and reminded me to savour the moment. This transformative escape has left me feeling more relaxed than I've ever been, I enthusiastically recommended it to family and friends. It was more than a break, it was a journey to what truly matters. Thanks to the wonderful guide Cara, this was achieved.
