Incredible Experience with an Knowledgable and Reassuring Guide - My husband, son and I did the Via Ferrata in Whistler and it was an incredible experience! My 13 year son is a rock climber and felt right at home on the wall, my husband is used to climbing ladders and also felt comfortable. I started to get a bit scared during the first major vertical section and our guide Maya was amazing to notice and then readjust the climbing order so she could be right next to me to help me up the wall. I definitely needed and appreciated her reassurance and she was able to put me more at ease and guide me up the wall. In the end, we had such a sense of accomplishment and really enjoyed the beautiful views. Maya was very experienced and knowledgeable in the glacier, surrounding lakes and rock formations. I would highly recommend this incredible adventure.

Fantastic experience on the side of Whistler mountain. - The tour guide Maya was absolutely fantastic. Excursion was top-notch and if you have the physical strength to do, it would recommend to anyone willing to spend four hours to climb the side of Whistler Mountain. Would recommend gloves to keep the calluses off your hands but other than that great overall experience. Apparently, the tour in the morning is actually hotter than the one in the afternoon due to the position of the sun so keep that in mind when booking.

Great experience. - My sons really enjoyed the Via Ferrata. Jeremy was a great guide, and they said the route was accessible with wonderful views. I wish I had gone with them. It was also lovely to receive some free photos afterwards, as they didn't want to risk taking out their phones.

The Via Ferrata is a... - The Via Ferrata is a fantastic experience. Our guide, Jeremy, was fantastic and we had a great climb. It is a physical activity, but not overly challenging if you’re decently mobile. The views at the top of the mountain are breathtaking and the bridge at the top of the mountain is great too. We would absolutely do another activity with MSAA - they were fantastic.

You can't ask for a better guide than Jerome on the best excursion at Whistler. - The Via Ferrata Whistler trip was not only the highlight of my trip to Whistler but also one of the best excursions I've had on any vacation. Our guide, JEROME WAS THE BEST! His down-to-earth, easy-going Canadian approach elevated our five-star experience. His calm demeanor will ease anyone who has any anxiety about this activity. From the start, he was more family than guide. We went in early July 2025. There was still snow on the path, and the weather was cool, although a warm front was moving in. Despite the weather, we hiked in short sleeves, but jeans are a must. You can borrow hiking boots if you do not have any of your own. Gloves were not necessary. I recommend overpacking and, if the weather permits, leaving what you don't need in their hut. We left 3/4 of what we packed. Bring plenty of water. P.S. Ask Jerome about the seagull sandwiches.

Via Ferrata - well worth considering - Nick was a friendly, laid-back professional climb leader. Down in the village it was overcast, but we were on top of the world - in the sunshine. Brilliant, different half day out.
