Fantastically luxurious experience - Amazing trip on the Le Grand bus tour. From the moment we stepped on via the red carpet we were treated like royalty. The bus is pure luxury, the staff friendly and efficient, the canapés yummy, afternoon tea and cakes were delicious and the Prosecco kept flowing! This was a wonderful birthday treat from my family. Would definitely recommend.

Our Favorite London Experience!!!! - Out double-decker tour was luxurious from start to finish. Rolling out the red carpet, a cloakroom, was such a awesome start, afternoon tea, your staff and bus driver were top notch We felt like royalty!!! The sights and audio tour were wonderful!!! This was our ultimate London experience. I would highly recommend this exceptional chance to make your trip to London memorable.

Very fun splurge. - We decided to ‘go for the gold’ with what I felt were the best seats in the house - the two person VIP sofa up top in the very front. The views were wonderful! We preordered tea and a glass of wine as well as some dates. The staff on board were extremely polite and professional. It was nice to have a small bathroom on board. I recommend buying your drinks and snacks ahead of time, a lot more seamless. The tour guide was via earphones which plugged into a dual jack for the two of us. I think it was AI. It was fine, but I eventually stopped listening just to absorb the sites. One tip is that if it is a warm sunny day, it gets a bit hot up there..kind of a greenhouse effect. So be ready to peel off some layers. They’ll serve you water, but it’s bottled Aqua Panna and £6 each, so if you’re cost conscious, bring your own water. Anything you order during the tour (I.e.an additional drink or water) they’ll present you with a check at the end. It was a luxurious and relaxed way to see the sites and get your ‘bearings’ on where important sites are in London without walking around. Keep in mind this is not a ‘hop on hop off’ type bus. You stay on for full hour and one half which is exactly what I wanted. The bus arrives at the Green Park stop and parks there for quite awhile with the red carpet pulled out. We plan on doing it again next time we come, but the Tower of London tour or in the evening.

Mommy daughter date - After sending them an email and getting an ok, I took my daughter (3) and her cousin (10) on their very first double decker with Le Grand. They absolultely loved it, for obvious reasons they didn't listen to the audio guide but enjoyed the food and just coloring in while admiring the city views. Most importantly i got to enjoy the site seeing tour in all comfort :)

Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting London! - We had the most amazing experience exploring London in style! The sightseeing tour took me to all the iconic landmarks, including Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Parliament Square, Westminster Abbey, and so many more. The luxurious bus made the ride incredibly comfortable, and the afternoon tea, complete with champagne, was simply divine. A special shoutout to Joel and Chris for their extremely great hospitality, truly made the experience even more unforgettable.

Amazing Bus Tour - What an amazing Tour…Svitlana and the team well done.👏👏 from start to finish everything was first class.. From the red carpet, service ,food, drink and the commentary around the sites of London we’re all perfect. It was my partners birthday surprise and when a card and and little sweet treats were delivered while singing Happy Birthday that made her day.. If you want to see the sites of London this is the coach trip for you.

- Overall we enjoyed our time on the bus. We found the experience to be comfortable, and how bad can it be if you can have champagne and caviar on a bus tour. We were challenged at the start by the fact that the bus company can reschedule your time with less than 24 hours notice and the cancellation policy is not exactly flexible. We also had a hard time with the audio guide which is not actually from a live tour guide but someone pressing play on an AI recording throughout the drive. The biggest issue being that at least 50% of the guide was not timed correctly to what we were seeing or in some cases we missed it entirely. To me it was a 3.5 star experience which I have rounded up. If the audio guide were to be more precise or even better by a live guide I would be able to recommend higher. That said, it was very comfortable, felt more luxurious than the tours often available and would recommend to a friend but with the caveats above. I do recommend considering the VIP sofa up front for the best view and experience.

Highly Recommend - We went to celebrate my daughter's Birthday and I arranged in advance to bring on the cake and asked for the card to be given to her, but unfortunately there must have been some miscommunication between the staff, emails and Instagram and we were not sat in single seats with much smaller table, one in front and one behind, so were not able to eat the cake as we had planned and received no card. The staff realised how disappointed she was and gave us some free wine (although neither of us drink alcohol it was a nice gesture). The staff were kind and helpful, especially as we arrived last minute and they called me to find out where we were and help us find the bus! I understand as we were on the last minute we didn't have pick of the seats, but it meant all the other customers were sat together except us and I had to kneel on the floor to speak to my daughter and she has health issues and found it stressful and difficult to talk to me. We had hoped with them knowing it was a special occasion and bringing cake they would have kept us a sofa. Other than the seating issue, we did enjoy the actual bus tour and sights of London. I gave up with the audio. The bus was plush and new, clean and a nice red carpet on arrival, good for photos. The staff came and wiped the condensation off the window regularly so we could still see out as it was steaming up. On contacting this company after our disappointing tour, especially for the price which was very expensive for us, they have given the best customer service you could expect and hope for. They have been very caring and responsive and I would highly recommend you go on a tour with Le Grand. They do really want you have a good experience and build a good reputation :)

Poor poor poor - Don’t waste your money - Not worth the money. Canapés were tiny. Commentary was very poor. Staff disinterested. Nobody was on the bus, well only 5 others. Don’t do this tour.

No food available - We were so excited for this tour. The bus was on time and very clean. We had preordered champagne but we thought we’d decide what to eat onboard. After looking at the provided menu we were told that we couldn’t order food. We had a bottle of champagne with no food. Why would you put the menus out of you knew you didn’t have a food to offer. Major disappointment. Pretty much just paid a bunch of money to sit in traffic.
