Relaxing & fun - It was a very relaxing & informative boat ride. The hosts were fun and played great music. I did hope for the catamaran to go faster and to at least get splashed, but that didn’t happen.

Very fun trip. Crew was... - Very fun trip. Crew was very friendly and knowledgeable and talked about many points of interest along the way. Boat was very comfortable with options to sit in the shade or the sun.

My family (8 adults)... - My family (8 adults) loved the tour, atmosphere, crew, drinks, and dancing! We had such a great experience. We toured June 30th at 2pm and there were only 7 people besides our family on the catamaran. This was a great trip as it was not over-crowded. Codi and Haley were great hosts, bar tenders, and captains. They made the trip tour informational, relaxing, and fun.

Wonderful time from satisfied attendees - Such a fun experience! Friendly environment and informative. The captain and his crew member, Dylan and Haley, were engaging. Just enough information yet plenty of time to enjoy the scenery and relax. Loved our daytime cruise!

Energetic and informative... - Energetic and informative staff. Ample space to meander around the boat and engage in conversations.

It was nice but a little “ho-hum” - We booked the sunset cruise on the Hakuna Matata. The company called and said they overbooked the cruise and asked us if we would like an upgrade. This boat was smaller but it was nicer. Cody and Alex were our crew and they were very nice - we enjoyed them greatly. However, the cruise just didn’t have a lot of energy. I know that sometimes things like these are “what you make it” but it was just ok. We saw some nice houses but it was nothing memorable.

Avoid - I hate giving 2 stars but this was the worst cruise I've been onand ive been on quite a few. NO narration, i had no idea where we were or what we were seeing, but we did have a lovely tour of the port and trash. Slow, motown music played the entire time, totally killing any kind of fun or party vibe. No place to dance. They did have a bar on-site but the vibe was just so slow and very stoner like. There was a pit toilet on board but you had to climb a ladder down to it so hopefully you aren't older or handicapped in any way. It was the longest 2 hours....

WARNING- do not put yourself in harm’s way! - I have nothing bad to say about the three staff members aboard the Hakuna Matata. They went above and beyond and deserve raises. However, the company and the Director of Business Development should be ashamed of themselves. I suffered many injuries due to a fall caused by unprotected openings to the bathroom below deck. I was standing on an anchored boat, I did not trip, and I was not careless, when what I assume happened was a wave hitting the boat and I fell headfirst down the unprotected opening. I blacked out and when I came to, I was covered in blood and struggling to catch my breath. I spent the next two hours icing my head and ankle onboard the boat until it was docked and at that point I went right to urgent care. I have requested twice that these openings be netted or covered for the safety of future guests. I have been told twice by the Director of Business Operations that this is not negligent and IT IS MY FAULT FOR STANDING ON AN ANCHORED BOAT. It seemed fair to me to request a reimbursement since I did not have the ‘experience’ I was promised. It seemed fair the company reimburse the cost of my urgent care visit since “In nearly 30 years of operation, having welcomed hundreds of thousands of guests aboard’ this small amount would show due diligence, customer care, professionalism, and basic human decency. I did not foresee any issues. However, along with twice denying my request to protect future passengers, they twice denied my reimbursement request. Do NOT use this company, you could be jeopardizing your life as well as the safety of your loved ones.
