Amazing day in Lombov Indonesia - Our guide Eka was amazing. Great English and knowledgeable. The waterfalls were amazing. The whole tour was great. We had to cut it short due to needing to get back to the ship earlier as we had reservations for dinner on our last night.thank you.

Enjoying the nature and culture of Lombok - This tour allows you to customize your day in Lombok. Highlights for us included the Weaving Village, and the wonderful waterfalls of Lombok’s UNESCO ranked national park. Our guide, Omi, knew the area well, and was able to adapt to challenges such as a torrential rainstorm midway through our trip. He was a wonderful ambassador for his region, and enriched our experience with knowledge and stories share. We recommend this experience highly.

Great snorkelling & tour - Tour operator was very responsive and helpful in planning the tour. He made very practical suggestions and has deep knowledge of locall islands. The private snorkeling tour was exceptional.

Great day at lombok - Excellent guide who took care of everything we needed as a visiting family. We happily followed his suggested itinerary. Visited a hindu temple, possibly wouldn't recommend this as you pay to get in, pay the temple guide, driver pays for parking, but most of the temple was closed off to is, pretty though. Then visited waterfalls, amazing!!!. Paid for motorbikes to take us to the Falls which was also an amazing experience. Managed to see monkeys playing in the trees. Rice fields and enjoyed local fruit. Final stop was cultural weaving village. Guide was happy to keep going but we were exhausted. Had us safely back at cruise ship with plenty of time to spare. Comfortable. Clean, and cool car. We didn't take Indonesian money but our guide covered us if we wanted anything and we paid him back in aud upon return. His English was excellent and we would happily recommend him to others. We felt we got to see the real lombok, and understand how they live as a people.

Snorkelling trip of the Gili Islands - We booked directly with Dananjaya for a private snorkelling tour of the Gili islands. Communication over WhatsApp was great and our driver, Abdul picked us up from our hotel on time at 7am. He came on the boat with us along with the captain and another guy who got in the water and took photos / videos of us which he transferred to us at the end of the tour. We went to 4 snorkelling spots around Gili Meno and Gili Air, including the underwater statue, turtle area and blue coral area. We had some free time on Gili T and had lunch and a swim on Gili Air before heading back. The tour ended up being half a day as opposed to the 10 hours but we had seen everything we wanted to. We had a great time and would recommend to others for their sightseeing itinerary.

Highly recommended - Our private customised trip included the monkey jungle, beautiful waterfalls and traditional Lombok villages.
Our driver, Santana, was prompt, friendly, spoke English very well, and generous (even lending us cash so we could see the waterfalls which we didn't realise had fees)
Overall, we had a great day exploring Lombok and really enjoyed our experience. Highly recommend

Fantastic tour of North Lombok with a great guide - We booked directly with Dananjaya at Explores Bali & Lombok (+62 821-1586-3957), he was really helpful and gave us a great price at $110 which included a full day trip of 10+ hours, all tickets, guides, donation to the Sasak village and lunch are included. We visited the ‘Rice Terrace’ viewing point, Sendang Gile & Tiu Kelep waterfalls and a traditional Sasak village. This price worked out much cheaper than alternatives we were quoted.
Our driver and guide (and photographer) Julian was very informative and helpful. When we expressed interest in having some local food and coffee (not included in the tour), he went out of his way to accommodate (I highly recommend you do this and try the Fish satay - Ilan Sate and the Tahu Issy - fried tofu with rice noodles). He even stopped so we could watch a traditional ceremony.
While the tour may be more than what is quoted by taxi drivers when you arrive in Lombok, Julian’s fantastic English, photography skills and local insights are worth the money. All in all, we had a great day out exploring North Lombok - if you are thinking of doing this route yourself, the roads are very steep and treacherous around Mt. Rinjani and having a driver is a must (for people like us who are not confident on scooters).

Lombok pte tour - The lombok vacations that was the tour operator did not coordinate the timing well to the driver. Our pte tour for 10 hours starts from 8.30 am as comfirmed in wats app message to me but the driver came late, 9 am, which was the time given to him in his handphone wats app message. I called the contact number but no reply. As I aspected it was a business number and they did not take calls till later. I had prior to the holiday requested for the driver's name and contact but was not given.My other tours with viator more than often would provide driver's name and contact and the driver would contact me ahead of the tour.
For this tour,the driver/guide ,Agus was good as he tailored the tour to suit us. He brought us for a very good lunch at hill top.
