• Labuan Bajo - The pick-up service starts at 5:30 AM, depending on the location of your hotel. Simply wait in the hotel lobby, and a smooth transfer to the harbor for check-in will be arranged. After completing the formalities, you will board one of the speedboats, which departs promptly before 6:00 AM from Labuan Bajo.

Based on bookings, three speedboat options are available to suit different group sizes: a large speedboat for up to 17 passengers, a medium speedboat for up to 14 passengers, and a small speedboat for up to 7 passengers. In total, up to 38 guests can be accommodated daily, and even with just one booking, the boat will depart as scheduled.

• Padar Island - From the hotel, the journey proceeds directly to the harbor to board the speedboat and embark on a day of discovery. It takes about 60 minutes by speedboat from Labuan Bajo to reach the first destination, the iconic Padar Island.

Famous for its dramatic landscapes and unique trio of colored beaches—white, pink, and black—Padar is a visual delight. As the island approaches, its rugged hills and stunning vistas captivate the senses.

To reach the best viewpoint for capturing truly stunning pictures, guests will need to walk up 815 well-constructed concrete steps. While good physical condition is required, the steady steps make the ascent more manageable, and guests can take their time to rest along the way.

• Pink Beach - From Padar Island, the journey continues to the enchanting Pink Beach. It takes about 10 minutes by speedboat to reach this stunning destination. The beach’s distinctive pink-hued sand results from white sand blending with red coral fragments, creating a soft, rosy shoreline found nowhere else. Here, there is time to unwind, swim in the crystal-clear waters, and simply relax while soaking in the beach’s unique charm.
• Komodo National Park - Next, the journey heads to Komodo Island, approximately a 20-minute speedboat ride from Pink Beach. It is home to the legendary Komodo dragons, the largest lizards on Earth. These awe-inspiring creatures can grow up to 3 meters (10 feet) in length and are known for their powerful build and fascinating predatory behavior. Accompanied by experienced rangers, guests will embark on a guided trek to observe these dragons safely in their natural environment, blending thrilling wildlife encounters with the stunning scenery of the island.
• Komodo National Park - Lunch
• Taka Makassar Island - As the adventure continues, the journey proceeds to Taka Makasar, which takes about 25 minutes by speedboat from Komodo Island. This picturesque sandbar is renowned for its crescent shape and pristine waters. It’s the ideal spot to relax, sunbathe, and marvel at the beauty of the ocean.
• Manta Point - Then, it’s off to Manta Point, just a 5-minute speedboat ride from Taka Makasar. Famous for its frequent sightings of graceful manta rays, this spot is a haven for these gentle giants, drawn to the area’s nutrient-rich currents. It’s one of the best places to snorkel and watch them glide peacefully beneath the surface. If lucky, guests might even get to swim alongside them!
• Pulau Siaba Besar - The final stop is Siaba Island, approximately a 15-minute speedboat ride from Manta Point. Known as a prime location to encounter sea turtles, this spot invites guests to dive into crystal-clear waters and explore colorful coral gardens teeming with vibrant tropical fish, reef sharks, and, of course, gentle sea turtles. This underwater paradise is the perfect way to conclude a day filled with exploration and adventure.
  At 3:00 PM, the return journey to Labuan Bajo begins, taking about 60 minutes from Siaba. Arrival in Labuan Bajo is expected by 4:00 PM.
• Labuan Bajo - The driver will be waiting at the harbor at 4:00 PM. Upon arrival, a smooth and seamless transfer to the hotel or the airport will be ensured. For those planning to catch a flight to Bali, the airport is conveniently located just about 5 minutes from the harbor, ensuring plenty of time for check-in.

• November to February is the rainy season, so itineraries may be adjusted or postponed if conditions are unsafe. The upside is fewer crowds and excellent chances to see manta rays.
• From April 2026, Komodo National Park will limit visits to 1.000 people per day. Availability is limited, so we recommend booking early to secure your spot.
• As this is an outdoor sea tour, weather conditions may change and are beyond our control. For safety reasons, if the original itinerary is not approved by the Harbor Master, we will adjust to an alternative route with your agreement. If not, you will receive a full refund.
• For clients with an afternoon flight after the tour, you are welcome to keep your luggage on our shuttle car.
• Guests planning to bring a drone to Komodo National Park must inform us at least 5 days in advance, hold a valid drone flying certification, and obtain a permit costing 2.5 million rupiah, which we must pay upfront and can be reimbursed upon your arrival. Please let us know if you’d like our assistance.
• The total duration of the tour is approximately 650 minutes, including 195 minutes of speedboat transfers between destinations, 400 minutes for activities and 55 minutes for the shuttle service and check-in process at the harbor
