Cayman Jet Ski Rental - The jet skis were delivered on time. We got good instructions beforehand. We rented 4. Very easy to drive. All worked excellently. Professional process on booking. My boys said it was the funnest thing they did at Cayman. Would rent again.

Great rental for a cheaper rate than competitors, with friendly/fast service as well! - I rented a jet ski for 3 hours from here. Rates were amazing. Very good communication via email and by phone. The business is locally owned and highly recommend supporting them over Red Sail. They'll bring the jet ski wherever you want to meet them and do so quickly and promptly. He was super friendly, gave great instructions on where to go. The plus to this VS Red Sail is they're way more friendly and it's also a private jet ski rental. So you aren't as limited on where you can go like Red Sail. I traveled from the Georgetown Harbour all the way down to the Kittiwake shipwreck and back. I clipped onto several buoys along the way and dove off to snorkel and film with my go pro. This is by far the easiest and coolest way to snorkel if you don't want to pay a tour/guide. I'm a bit of an adventurer so I like to explore on my own. Life vest allows you to just float on the surface and snorkel. Overall: 5 stars highly recommend. I was able to attach my gopro to my life jacket. I have attached a short clip POV of the jet ski ride on Google maps review. Communication on when and where to meet is crucial, and that goes for anything on the island. Just make sure you're going to be on time and where you are going to be at that time... For the record sounds Larry B was having a rough time on his vacation at no fault to this company. I can understand his position for wanting his money back but that's just poor planning on your part Larry.. sorry not sorry. Company is excellent.

Okay visit to 7mile! - Service was okay. A cruise was in so it was VERY busy! Would have been better if they spaced the chairs a little more but regardless, I loved my time.

Jet Ski Rental - Jet skis broke constantly, Had to replaced one of our jet skis 3 times throughout the trip. Jet skis stopped working multiple times and rope got caught in motor. Poor and run down.

Reconsider before booking! - very unorganized and unprofessional group. The tour guide and instructions are incorrect. If anyone is trying to book this tour please! please! please!please! reconsider! I booked this tour ahead of time and the instruction was given the time between 7:30am - 4:00pm. I went out 8:30am spent half day looking for this tour, calling Tour Operator several times(no one picked up), then I started to call Viator operator. Finally Viator operator got in touch with the Tour operator and was told the tour won’t be there until 1pm. I did not receive any message or notification ahead of time saying this tour is gonna be late today. I agreed to go there again checked it out after 1pm. Worst thing is when I called the tour operator again at 1pm they told me that they will not be there today due to some accident. Again, I did not get any message ahead of time neither did I get a phone call at least. My stay in Cayman Island was 4 days and I spent the whole morning looking for this tour and calling the operators. I see the similar tour review and other people had the same issue. I don’t even know why this tour passed the review and still exists in Viator. Worst experience in my travel history.
