Highly Recommended Day tour - It is two o’clock in the morning and still a bit sleepy we climb the first of 5,500 steps. Yes, you read it correctly. Up to the top of Adam’s Peak are long staircases. Together with Canadians Dez and Emmy, we are doing this physical challenge. At first sight, it seems as if we are the only ones hiking this trail, but after half an hour of walking, we also meet some other tourists. It’s a bit weird, walking with our torches in the middle of the night while all the temples are abandoned, shops closed and lights are out

Unforgettable Hiking Experience with SL Wayfarers – Little Adam's Peak & Adam's Peak Night Hike - We booked the SL Wayfarers Ella day tour, which included a wonderful hike to Little Adam's Peak. During our hike, we asked our driver, Mathews, why the locals refer to this spot as "Little Adam's Peak." He shared an insightful story and then told us about the unique experience of the Adam's Peak night hike. According to Mathews, it's one of the most memorable and rewarding hiking experiences in Sri Lanka, so naturally, we were intrigued.
After completing our hike to Little Adam’s Peak, we decided to take Mathews' advice and join the night hike to Adam's Peak. The experience was truly amazing. It’s not only physically challenging but also spiritually enriching. There’s a local saying that perfectly encapsulates the mountain’s tough nature: "If someone has never hiked this mountain in their lifetime, they are an idiot. But if someone attempts it a second time, they are also an idiot." It speaks to both the demanding nature of the hike and its almost legendary status in the region.
The hike was definitely tough, but the sunrise view from the top made every step worthwhile. The combination of stunning natural beauty, cultural significance, and a sense of accomplishment made this one of the best experiences of our trip.
Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for an adventure that blends nature, culture, and a little bit of local wisdom.

The Best Night hike with Family. - We booked 3 trips with SL Wayfares Team whilst still in the UK before our holiday, and through Trip Advisor.. Communication with Mathews from Wayfares Team was first class, personal transport and drivers excellent, time keeping excellent, and best for the day trips. Although an early start (2am) it was worth it. We were given all of the information about our trip via WhatsApp the day before, this was easy to follow and everything went according to schedule.

Unique Experienced ever i had.100% Recommended this Travel Service - To hike Adam's Peak (Sri Pada) at night in Sri Lanka, plan to start your ascent from Nallathanniya trailhead around midnight to 2 am, aiming to reach the summit before sunrise for a memorable experience.Bring essential gear, including:
Comfortable hiking shoes
Headlamp or flashlight with extra batteries
Warm clothing, as it gets cold at night
Sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses, as it can get hot during the day
Water and snacks

Perfect time Management and Comfortable ride from South Coast. Highly Reccommended - perfect Experienced and it was totally Night Hiking Session and it was awesome experience on this Asian Earth. Perfect timing and nice management ans comfortable ride from Weligama to Adams Peak and come back before the lunch.

Unforgettable Yala Safari Experience with an Amazing Guide - Our family had an incredible experience during our Yala Wildlife Safari! The breathtaking beauty of the park, combined with the thrill of spotting wildlife in their natural habitat, made it an unforgettable adventure.
A special thank you to our guide, whose knowledge and passion truly elevated the experience. They were patient, informative, and knew exactly where to take us for the best sightings. Thanks to their expertise, we were lucky to see leopards, elephants, or rare bird species.
The safari was well-organized, and the vehicle was comfortable, making the journey smooth and enjoyable for the whole family. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Sri Lanka—it’s a must for nature and wildlife lovers!

Well experienced safari driver and well planned trip - The views were amazing. You have to go in the morning to gain the full experience. Chauffeur Nisal were amazing as knows the jungle very well. We saw beautiful Sri Lankan leopards and bears. It was a beautiful experience.

Highly recommended for South coast travellers. Yala morning sessions Perfect idea 💡 - Jostling Jeeps
We spent five hours in the park Starting at 6 in the morning and it was fascinating. We saw a leopard, elephants and so many more animals and birds. Our driver/guide was excellent and I would highly recommend a visit. One thing which did amuse me was when an animal such as the leopard was spotted, the jeeps swarmed around. Wonder if you would describe it as a jostle if jeeps.
