Worth a visit with the Innsbruck pass! - I honestly didn’t expect to like this as much as I did! It was beautiful and unique and I never would’ve chosen to go here on my own, but I figured why not since it was included in the Innsbruck pass. Loved the section of some original and some replicated outfits of celebrities. Don’t forget to check out the exhibit downstairs, I feel many people skipped this on accident!

Nice for something different to do. - Bought the combo ticket including the Lumagica evening light exhibition in the park in the centre of Innsbruck which was really nice. Enjoyed our visit to the crystal exhibition and ended up spending almost 3 hours here with the walk around the gardens and the halls. It was definitely worth the extra €2 to get the audio guide to explain the different art pieces in the rooms. What a lovely setting for a factory amongst the mountains. Would recommend for something different to do. We went by car which took us about 15 minutes and the parking was free. There is a nice cafe there where you can have coffee and cake or even a nice meal.

Must be seen ! (... and touched.) - Absolutely magical experience. When visiting the "Dome," make sure you find the central point then... whisper something. Whisper anything. (Any poetry by Edgar Allan Poe sounds particularly spooky this way.)
The Gardens are free. Main building exhibit ~ 25$€ Worth every penny of it.

Amazing place - Amazing place being first time there in a short trip to Christmas markets from Germany and Austria. The marvelous landscape and the factory with the famous shop were so wonderful. The shop with amazing Swarovski jelewry was great. So wonderful and so many and different jewelry, a joy for the eyes. Worth to visit and also making shopping.

Visit to Mondo Swarovski - An enchanted world: having visited it in winter, the outdoor garden was completely covered with snow the light installations, once the sun went down gave it a magical look.
Superb; spacious; cared for, both in the outdoor spaces of the garden, with its labyrinth; sculptures and installations both in the wonderful museum and store.
It surprises at every step with interactive exhibitions; light; sound and smell.
Beautiful and appreciated the 4-storey building for children's games.
I have not visited the restaurant and therefore I can not give an opinion.

Art with Crystals - It's not a museum about the history of the Swarowski maison, it's mainly made up of artworks by contemporary artists. The room I enjoyed the most is the one related to celebrities, there also are the Cinderella shoes from the 2015 Disney movie, the shoes from "The Wizard of Oz" and the Heart of the Ocean from "Titanic".

Incredible experience - I visited as part of a tour I was doing and didn’t really have any expectations of the stop. We had two hours and I so wish there was more time. I didn’t get to see the museum or gardens as throughly as I wanted too (maybe good I didn’t have too much time for the shop!). The installations were magical, especially given the Christmas themes. Each one was different. The one with people’s pulses was breathtaking, especially to experience my own pulse through the movement of the beautiful crystals. I highly recommend the experience.

Every euro is too expensive - CONCLUSION:
I went to 2. Been here once and what can I say? Is among my TOP 100 highlights of Tyrol guaranteed place 500x. 68 euros for a bit of blingling. For me: never again. I give a lifetime guarantee on that.
Arrival / directions:
Well, in my opinion, don't go there at all, but that's another subject and my personal opinion.
It is best to rely on the sat nav until just before the plant, because the crystal worlds only appear in the last 2 km. Parking appears sufficient and is free of charge. Entrance area not really well signposted, where does it actually go in, best ask, maybe then you make a bling-here goes-long signage.
Other:
The toilets are modern and clean, that was already the positive. Ohja and the parking were free, but that doesn't get you anywhere around...
The Crystal Worlds themselves:
Anyone who has never seen artificial snow can touch it here. Toll. Various clothes that stars have worn can also be looked at, but not touched. That's great. Otherwise, what did I remember? Oh scare, nothing, so rather nothing...and the visit was only 15 days ago (but has nothing to do with a weak memory!!!).
Ah, the salesroom feels bigger than the exhibition. Please take enough credit cards with you, then you can use your limit several times and get, right, knickknacks, standing crumbs and blingling. Of course you don't get much, because everything is expensive. Who needs it? In my opinion: Nobody.

Don’t bother - I’ve rarely gone into a museum for a brand that I like and come out hating that brand, but Swarovski managed to help me achieve that goal. There were one or two enjoyable exhibits but otherwise this is a collection of incoherent displays. One room was just a box of red light with a light strobe effect. The outside area may be cool in the summer but was mostly unappealing in the winter. Our highlight as two adults was riding the carousel. On top of it, there was a strange sewage smell permeating the outdoors. I’d hoped to either learn more about the history or making of Swarovski crystals or to see more beautiful displays such as what they have in their stores. I can’t explain the randomness of this place. Spare your money and time and do something else in Austria, or turn on 1990s MTV for the same effect.
