Incredible - What a stunning experience! Such a beautifully made museum and great way to learn all about Swarovski. The shopping at the end too was so much fun and there was an unlimited amount of options. People were very kind and helpful, particularly Akay and Sandra in our experience. I highly recommend. Thank you so much to everyone who made it a special experience for us!

A great eventful holiday day - I was there with the 1st SCV1961 “the Klopper” , it was not the first time I was allowed to visit the Crystal Worlds. But again an indescribable experience. In each room you could immerse yourself in a different world, leave everyday life behind, I was particularly touched by the room with the rock crystal and singing. The salesroom was impressive with good advice
In the outdoor park I was the first time a great experience on the carousel you became a child again

A must-visit place - It’s a wonderland in true sense! A perfect trip to be planned with your family. There is so much to enjoy for each age group. I went with my husband and kids and truly enjoyed my time there. The staff is also very polite, professional and supportive. I highly appreciate all the help and sweet gesture of Mr Francis Okon who helped us a lot when one of my family members unfortunately had an injury during our trip there. They not only took care of our kids while we had to rush to the hospital but also made sure for their safety and our pick up from the hospital. Truly grateful.

The surprising Swarosky world - The beauty you don't expect. After meeting the Giant in the garden with magnetic eyes and the waterfall, we enter the surprising Wunderkammer, “chambers of wonders” that follow one another revealing remarkable artistic treasures. The first room, the blue one, where you can admire works by Dali and Warhol. Moving The Art of Performance with the iconic clothes of great artists and singers. Magnetic Chandelier of Grief by artist Yayoi Kusama. The route is an immersive journey of joy for the eyes and the heart.
Cozy Swarosky shop at the end of the visit with very kind staff. The garden houses many works of art, a precious carousel and a restaurant with attention to detail.
Comfortable bus leaving from Innsbruck station to Swarovski Crystal World.

Always a great experience - We have visited the Crystal Worlds several times and it is always an experience.
The exhibition is very beautiful again and there are always new highlights that are artistically very high quality.
The outdoor area can also be used well for a short walk and there is much to discover for the children.
We will definitely come back!

Of a sparkling beauty - Undecided between mixed reviews, we finally decided to access the museum, which we loved.
Parking very convenient and free and close to the cash desks and the entrance.
The museum consists of 15/16 rooms, each very different from the other.
We liked almost all of them, we only discarded 3 but the others were really exceptional.
The only drawback, too many children and too much confusion. I love children, I've had them too and now they're big, but honestly, that's not a playground and having 4/5 year olds running back and forth screaming and completely disinterested in the show, made us a little bit lose the beauty of the exhibition.
So too let in at the same time a whole bus of tourists, all in procession pushing, standing in front while you were watching, talking to each other loudly, or entering 15 in a room where it was recommended to enter a maximum of 6 and all always with cellphone in hand and up, well, these were even worse than children.
In short, a museum that should be visited with greater tranquility.
Too bad we didn't have time to visit the rest of the park, it would probably have been worth it.

Crystal worlds - always worth a trip - As always, the exhibition was fantastic (even if not all miracle chambers were open) Of particular note is the excellent and competent advice of Lara in the VIP Lounge (SCS)

I would not bother - I think kids would have fun here. Lots of amusing things for them to do. They might also be awed by what they see. Only the giant was nice. Be sure to go inside the giant where the exhibits are. The exhibits are boring kinda like an amusement park illusion place. The store is great. Got some deals. The garden has nothing special
Either but at least your outside.
Just don’t see the point of spending 26 euros on this unless you have kids

Far too expensive!! - We have been to the Crystal Worlds several times, but this time it can only be described as outrageous.
The regular admission price is 52 euros for 2 people. After our last visit was over 2 years ago, we wrongly assumed several changes. This assumption was wrong, it was only 1 room changed. I really like BlingBling, but what you get at this price is just disappointing and outrageous. No change has been made in the garden for years! The salesroom feels bigger than the exhibition and the horrendous prices are simply even more outrageous than the admission price!!! You would expect lower prices from a stock sale and not these overpriced items!
Unfortunately, the Crystal Worlds, through their outrageous pricing policy, have lost a former fan!!
Conclusion: In my opinion, it is not worth a visit anymore!
