Wonderful day - the... - Wonderful day - the Giant's Cave was fabulous. My teen daughter enjoyed climbing/playing in the activity centre - good for all ages of kids. Delicious food and reasonably priced for lunch at the restaurant. Shuttle bus from the city was easy to catch, however they only take cash.

A beautiful discovery of the swarovski world - The immersive rooms are very interesting. However, there is a lack of information on nearby mines and workshops.

Experience to be redone - Very nice experience to do both in family with small children and teenagers. The 16 rooms of the museum are more beautiful than the other and above all interesting. In the complex there is also a tower dedicated to a children's space that everyone can access, a very nice playground, a fun ride and a maze to get lost in. I really recommend it to everyone, it's worth it. Council Buy tickets for the 9/9:30 entrance so you can skip the line that accumulates in the morning.

Worth a visit again and again! - We visited the Swarovski Crystal Worlds a few years ago. The exhibition is constantly being developed and supplemented with new attractions. Also the garden is beautifully landscaped. We enjoyed circus attractions from the Roncalli Circus in the garden.

Surreal - This was a must see experience. I didn't know what to expect, but it was a fun "experience". And of course I had to make some purchases!

Highly recommended - It was a wonderful atmosphere in the exhibition and in the salesroom. There were very dear, pleasant and courteous staff. Lara in particular gave us very dedicated and attentive advice and service. A very nice greeting to the whole team

An unforgettable experience! - My expectations were far exceeded. I liked the costumes of the stars and the artworks of important artists the best. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The food in the restaurant was also excellent.

Worth seeing! - Impressive! Not just glitter and bling bling, what you can do with crystals so much. Very creative and versatile.

Fabulous place for family fun. Included in All Inclusive Innsbruck pass. - We went here with our all inclusive Innsbruck pass. Shuttle bus from the Central rail station was also included (€8p/p otherwise!). We went to the inside display rooms first. 16 rooms, different themes. As with these things some rooms were more engaging than others. The teen and adult loved it, younger kid was ready for the playpark about half way through. Took us about 45 mins to walk round. Cheapest item in shop was €50! Shame there wasn’t anything, even tiny, in the €15-20 range. Cafe and had icelolly and coffee. I planned tea, English Breakfast was on the menu and I requested this. I was given Earl Grey! I had to return it but the lady did not understand that Earl Grey and English Breakfast are not the same. [maybe update menu required!!]. Either way it was a nice day and had I realised there were stalls outside I would have waited. Came out and went to outdoor play area (tower, carousel, playpark, maze etc). This space was amazing and would have loved to have stayed longer but return shuttle 1535 or 17.35. Could easily have brought picnic. Summary. Greatplace, esp if all inclusive pass. Suggest some smaller items in shop even a single tiny crystal!

Disappointed. No Swarovski history. - Not at all what we expected. nothing with the making and invention and origin of Swarovski. A few pieces of clothing and some pieces. So what a pink room a red globe. And a giant red crochet with plastic beads. Swarovski??? Nothing learned. None the wiser. You should have looked forward to it.
