Gee was fantastic! - Everyone should ask for Gee when they book their tour. He picked us up at our hotel and gave us the grand tour of Washington DC and dropped us off at the airport in plenty of time for our flight home. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and very much the gentleman helping us in and out of the car at our many stops. Gee is a great asset to your company.

Very convenient - The convenient parking spots our driver waited for us at were very helpful as it was a hot summer day and we wanted to get back in the car to cool off after every attraction we visited.

Everything to see in DC in a few hours - It was really convenient getting off in front of every spot and spending as much time as we liked . The driver was amazing and gave us a proper guided tour .

Wonderful experience. - I was having a difficult time finding a tour company that provided pickup and drop off from our hotel and offered service last minute (we literally booked the night before). I reached out to Viator and was put in touch with Mariel and she patiently helped me find the perfect driver. She set us up with Gee who picked us up in his very clean and comfortable Suburban at the Gaylord Resort at National Harbor. Gee was very knowledgeable of the Washington area and we were able to customize our tour to the sites we wanted to see and leave others out. You’re conveniently dropped off and picked up right in front of each attraction and we were able to stroll around at our own pace, never feeling rushed. We even visited one of the museums while he patiently waited. Gee offered us bottled water and snacks and even umbrellas since it started to drizzle. We’re all so glad we got to see such a remarkable city full of history and appreciate Gee for making it a pleasant experience. In case we ever make it back to DC I have his contact information saved and will not hesitate to call on him again.

I was hoping Maaz would be knowledgeable tour guide & not just a professional driver based on what I paid for this tour. - Maaz was professional and attentive. He stated he had only worked for Viotar for one year and did not know much about the city. Because I had been in DC in the Spring 2024 and took a night Viotar tour, I expected the same type of interaction from the staff and great information about the city. I was disappointed that our driver lacked the same enthusiasm and information about the city.

Not what I expected - It was merely a private car. The driver didn’t know any history. I expected the tour to include something educational. We didn’t see all the sites due to the streets being closed. The tour ended early. The driver was nice.

This trip ruined an important event in my trip - You sent a party bus to pick up three elderly persons ,two of whom had never been to DC and who had booked a private tour. The unkempt driver was a very nice woman who spok broken English and had little idea of what was expected. We stoppedi the tour and went back to the hotel as we reached Arlington. The likelihood of my ever using your service again is slim to none
