Best tour in DC 🇺🇸 - Best tour in DC. James was awesome and made the night memorable. Driver Chris was very thoughtful in the order of sites to limit walking (4th day and our legs were expired from all the walking) Highly recommend!

Best rainy tour. - Best tour quide Sally. Made tour interesting by explaining history anecdotes and seems to really love her job. Best bus driver Godfrey. Helpful kind I felt safe. I had a walker he took on and off bus for me. And they patiently waited as I was a little slower at times. The rain just prevented some stops and pictures through window did not come out great but a great attitude by all. And alternate routes taken to give best photo opps especially at Lincoln memorial.

Great tour and tour guides! - Great tour and our tour guides were excellent! Trey made sure we arrived safely and changed the order of our route to avoid the crowds. Sally was very knowledgeable and enjoyable. They both allowed our tour to go longer than the allotted time to ensure we had a five star experience. Seeing the monuments lit up at night was a great experience and highly recommended.

Denise M - Loved this night time tour! Sally and Godfrey were so wonderful! So much interesting information and they would do little extras and make sure we were getting the best amount of time at the stops. Seeing all the moments and memorials lit up at night is a must and doing this tour with Sally and Godfrey made it so easy and fun! Highly recommend!!

Great tour! - Rochelle was very knowledgeable. She had so much information to give at each stop. We were able to stop at all of the major sites. We also took pictures at all of these sites.

1-Star Review: SCAM – Avoid This “Upgrade”! - This was hands-down one of the worst experiences I’ve had booking through Viator. The “Tour + Air & Space Museum” upgrade is a complete scam. Let me break it down:
We booked the upgraded night tour, which included tickets to the Air & Space Museum. What they DON’T tell you is that Air & Space Museum tickets are FREE to the public — so you’re basically paying extra for something you can get yourself online in seconds.
Worse than that — we didn’t even get to use the tickets. They texted us the museum passes at 11 PM the night before, assigning us a time slot that didn’t work because we had another tour scheduled. I responded immediately to request a different time. No response. I talked to the tour guide the next day, who gave me the number for someone named “Chris,” supposedly in charge of D.C. operations. I called, I texted — no answer, no reply.
I also contacted the tour company directly through every channel I could find — email, website form, phone. Absolutely no response. They ghosted me completely.
So to recap:
Paid extra for something that’s normally free
Never got the chance to use it
Reached out multiple times and was ignored
Tour operator took my money and ran
Viator then tells me they “contacted the tour operator, and they declined the refund,” and they’re just leaving it at that. Unacceptable. If you care about your trip and your money, avoid this tour and this operator at all costs.
Spend your time and money somewhere reputable. This was a ripoff, plain and simple.
